DiegoJpxdIf just capturing ambient audio go for a official Sony mic. If you want cheap and stereo go for the ECM-XYST1M or if you want more control go for the ECM-B10. No need to cable up nothing you just plug in the hotshoe.
gkostenarovI have the Canon R6M2 - my use case would be mostly indoor, low noise environment, product unboxing, vlogging etc. I want a compact mic that picks up ambient noise well, not just super focused on the subject. I like the Sony ECM-B10 but that is platform specific. MKE 400 I heard has bad hissing noise in quiet env. Rode looks huge. Any other compact options that work with Canon?
