I have an amazfit stratos 1. It´s working for more than five years now.

It's nice to see Amazfit making that big progress. My first watch was an Amazfit Stratos 2 in 2017, at that time, the only full-blown watch with built-in GPS that was not ridiculously expensive. It was built like a tank, it's still working (my brother is using it occasionally) and the battery still holds 4-5 days. But it had it's hiccups and issues so I switched to Samsung at some point and then to Garmin.

I had the amazfit stratos and it was great, then the GTR2e and it was absolute wank! GPS was the worst I've ever seen! Ended up just sending it back it was so bad! Edit: [side by side comparison with Garmin if you're curious ](https://www.reddit.com/r/amazfit/s/HtaWDR3q0f)

I had may Garmin Forerunner for exactly 25 months… it died 1 month after warranty passed. My next watch was Amazfit Stratos for almost next 5 years (!!!). All at 30% of Garmin price. A year ago I changed my day to day watch to Amazfit Balance (Stratos still works perfectly, by the way). Never had any better watch. I tested Huawei, Samsung ect. Only Garmin and Amazfit keeps the battery for over a week (usually 2+). When I compare durability for the price  till now - Amazfit wins with Garmin with the 6:1 ratio! And when Amazfit Balance 2 will be well proven for diving … it will replace my Suunto Ocean as well…
