I’ve been using the Circul ring for a few months now. Before this, I had no idea how bad my sleep was. I always thought I was just a light sleeper, but turns out my oxygen levels drop a lot at night. The ring showed that right away. Kinda scary at first, but at least I know now. What surprised me was how comfy it is. I forget it’s on most of the time. No clunky feeling like I expected. Honestly if you’re doing heavy lifting, a ring can feel a bit annoying. But if you’re also running, walking, or doing general fitness, it’s ok. I use circul mostly for heart rate, calories and sleep tracking, and it’s been great for that.
