As someone who has used Whoop for a year, I’m not impressed, while it was really good at tracking sleep, stress and identifying patterns, the actual sports part was very hit or miss for me. I miss the first gen Fitbit flex, extremely simple, discrete and tracked distances fairly accurate. I’m still looking for alternatives that don’t cost a ridiculous amount of money.

I started with the flex, then went to the Church to charge four and I’m at a charge five. I loved my flex and would’ve stayed with it, but I lost it out in a field. I then bought a charge 2 and about two years later I found my flex in the field. I lost it.
