FORM - Smart Swim 2

I have been happy with my Form Smart Swim 2’s. They feel fairly accurate to me at detecting lap count and time; and stroke and stroke count. In my experience, they’re less accurate but acceptable for kick and drill. Drill and kick tracks best when pre-loaded to the goggles as a workout, which is better for me anyway since it keeps me on track. Love having the heart rate in the lens, too.

I recommend the FORM goggles: [formswim.com](http://formswim.com) They have a display that can show you how long you've swam at all times, among many other things. I personally use them and is one of the main reasons I'm staying motivated while swimming. No hardware problems either.

I use Form Goggles or a Coros pace watch. The Coros track well and can do structured workouts. And having access to my distance, pace, heart rate, and workout time available is really cool

Form goggles. I would recommend them if they fit your face and your budget. They are better for Freestyle (more pre-defined workouts, and metrics/tips) than other strokes. They are bad for driving in. They are illegal in short swim races, but legal in triathlons. Heads up display with time, distance, laps, heart rate, etc. Syncs to Strava etc. with subscription. Stroke rate (real strokes / minute) is good for pacing. No real time speed. They should have a laser to measure real time speed. No force map from your hands and feet. They should have those too.

I have the form goggles and a Garmin epix. The form goggles are always more accurate. Especially if I’m following a routine. Good thing with the goggles is you can see when it thinks you’ve started swimming.

If you consider it only because of swimming, take a look at FORM smart swimming goggles. Essentially it does all the same as a smartwatch, but displays it in real time into your goggles. I have those and am always happy as a kid to use them.
