I have a Garmin S42 and like it a lot.
Same, but I'll buy the previous model on eBay for a fraction of the price (like I did with the s40)
I have an S42, love it. Approaching 300 rounds with it and feel lost the few times I’ve not had it. That said, my buddy uses a smart watch and since it’s connected to his phone, distances are from the phone. On cart path only days, can be annoying. I walk most of my rounds, so would not be a huge issue, but a Garmin or ShotScope eliminates that one flaw.
I have a Garmin S42 and works great as an everyday watch
I've had a Garmin S40 for years and love it. When it dies I'll get another one or whatever the new model is.
Garmin S42, works for fitness too. I like it.
I have the approach s42 and love it personally. I had a Fitbit for years. Eventually I realised it was pointless "tracking" working out because it was ultimately meaningless. Steps are inaccurate, I don't run and don't swim enough to justify it. If you do golf and like, run or whatever then another watch is a good shout. If you golf and want some smart features, can't go wrong with my watch imo.
I’d recommend the s70. The plays like distances without a subscription makes it worth it alone over s40/s50. No touch targeting on the others is rlly bad too. The health data on the s70 is all I could ask for. It tracks my runs/lifts/sleep etc without issue
