If it's the same as the S62, you can get charging port plugs on Amazon for pretty much nothing. I've been using them for years and have had no issues with sweat getting in there.
r/golf • What golf watch are you using and recommend? ->Garmin S62. Been using it for a few years now and absolutely love it. If it ever dies, I'll be getting whatever the new equivalent is.
r/golf • What golf watch are you using and recommend? ->Tried my wife’s Apple Watch and it always died by hole 14-16 with arccos or golfshot. Now I use my garmin s62 and I love it!
r/golf • What golf watch are you using and recommend? ->Using an S62 for golf, strength training, running and a bit of biking. Works well but the form factor may not be suitable for you.
r/golf • Garmin Watches for Golfing and Exercising ->Garmin S62 it’s great.
r/golf • What golf watch are you using and recommend? ->Garmin S62, love it! Will upgrade to the S70 in another year or so
r/golf • What golf watch are you using and recommend? ->My S62 is missing some workout features the cheap running watches have. So my next watch won't be a golf specific watch. Probably a used fenix.
r/golf • Garmin watch recommendations for golf ->Don't get a golf watch if you want VO2max. Garmin won't put the feature, that even the cheaper running watches have, in the golf watch. I have an S62. It's GREAT for golf. But it's merely okay for other sports. Next watch will be a lightly used fenix, whenever this one dies.
r/golf • Garmin watch recommendations for golf ->I have the Garmin Approach S62 and the Epix Pro Gen2. Both are excellent. The Epix is better but the Approach is lighter. I prefer warring the Approach when I play
r/golf • What golf watch are you using and recommend? ->Yeah i have the S62 and I love it. But I use it strictly for golf. I have an apple watch for my everyday use. I like that it tracks my score and helps calculate my handicap on the app. Even for the range finder, im not good enough to need to know EXACLTY where the flag is. But knowing the distance to front, center, and back of the green is helpful. Also helps thay you can move the flag on the watch if you really want to be accurate.
r/golf • Garmin Watches for Golfing and Exercising ->That's wild. My Apprpach S62 lasts at least 3-4 rounds with daily wear.
r/golf • GPS watch with fitness tracker ->Ya the Approach was branded a golf watch so maybe when in a round the GPS only is running with light use in the background. Whereas non-golf watches maybe still running all apps normally during your round. No idea but I highly recommend the Approach S62 to OP and anyone else who'll listen 🤣
r/golf • GPS watch with fitness tracker ->I do the same, coming from a Garmin Golf Watch for sports. I hope they will release another and more modern fitness tracker with a slim and small design to follow up on the vivosmart 5
r/Tudor • Does anyone here wear your Tudor and a fitness tracker on the other arm? ->I used my Apple Watch for a while and Golfshot was my preferred app too. I got tired of having to micromanage the battery so I picked up a garmin approach and I like it a lot more. The app tracks your handicap, average distance with each club, auto switches to the next hole - it’s awesome.
r/golftips • Smart Watch vs dedicated Garmin Golf Watch? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
