If it's the same as the S62, you can get charging port plugs on Amazon for pretty much nothing. I've been using them for years and have had no issues with sweat getting in there.

Garmin S62. Been using it for a few years now and absolutely love it. If it ever dies, I'll be getting whatever the new equivalent is.

Tried my wife’s Apple Watch and it always died by hole 14-16 with arccos or golfshot.  Now I use my garmin s62 and I love it!

Using an S62 for golf, strength training, running and a bit of biking. Works well but the form factor may not be suitable for you.

My S62 is missing some workout features the cheap running watches have. So my next watch won't be a golf specific watch. Probably a used fenix.

Don't get a golf watch if you want VO2max. Garmin won't put the feature, that even the cheaper running watches have, in the golf watch. I have an S62. It's GREAT for golf. But it's merely okay for other sports. Next watch will be a lightly used fenix, whenever this one dies.

Have both, s62, Apple Watch ultra. Apple Watch can get the job done, but I’d never choose it over the garmin. Garmin feels way more responsive, and updates yardage each step you take. 18 birdies on Apple just doesn’t feel as “live” there’s a slight delay to everything .

I have the Garmin Approach S62 and the Epix Pro Gen2. Both are excellent. The Epix is better but the Approach is lighter. I prefer warring the Approach when I play
