Huawei - WATCH D2

I was only able to get Arterial Stiffness Detection option to show up for my D2 if I used a Huawei ID with the region set to Hong Kong. so far it seems to be the best option, with most unlocked features while still having everything in English.  Testing an account with mainland China, it adds ability to view Blood Sugar levels within Huawei health app (for me is useful to view Dexcom G7 data) but it loses the arterial stiffness detection completely,  also sleep breathing awareness got renamed Sleep Apnea in china region.  I have been searching for alternatives, Ive tried Canada and Portugal regions as well. Canada has everything locked except for watch faces.😆 If anyone has found better alternative to using HK region, please let me know. 

No smartwatch can do Blood pressure optically with any reasonable degree of accuracy! There are a few like the Huawei D and D2 that has an inflatable band. BUT these requires you to sit in a very specific position, under a specific set of circumstances to work, so not in any way "monitoring" and thus not really anything gained over a cheap standard cuff link. And the removal if the Sleep option for the EU is most likely due to be so unreliable that it gives too many false positive or negative readings. Remember that NO smartwatch is a medical grade device. So all reading should be taken with a good pinch of salt, and used for means and trends only.
