Running these analyses costs money. Buy through my links to help keep lights on! I may get a small commission.
My Huawei gt4 is giving all these data at just 12k. And it's hr monitoring is also one of the best. Check out Quantified scientists review of it on yt.
Huawei gt 5 or gt4 Has everything you need The gt 4 around 130 new
Just so ppl know... I also had both gt4 and gt5... There's virtually the same in software and hardware. Ended up selling the 5
Do let us know here your thoughts.... I have a gt 4 smh my gt6 is coming in 2 weeks
I recently switched to suunto and they are great. The race s is more affordable and pretty good. However for a first running watch I believe garmin is a bit too pricey. They also added many paywalls within their app and various features also are behind a paywall. I've also been told that their app isn't very good. My recommendation is the huawei gt4. (I've used it for 2 years). As it's an older model now, it is very cheap. It has very good battery life, good gps, good heart rate monitoring and many smart watch features. Great for running! If you're thinking about getting one, watch the review from the quantified scientist on youtube. I don't think you'll be missing out on much compared to garmin and again, way cheaper
I second this. Have Huawei watch gt4 and it really has everything. Also, it's hr sensor is top notch and they have very nice phone app.
My first smart watch was a Sony SWR50, think it was bought around 2014. I then bought a Huawei watch in 2016, cant recall the model number but it looked like a real elegabt watch, then I moved to a Michael Kors smart watch, liked it so much I bought two of them, next step was a Samsung Galaxy watch 5 pro. Loved all of these watches but main issue with them all was battery life. Last year I kept looking at the Huawei watches that were available as I thought they looked stunning. Took the plunge and bought a Huawei watch GT4. It feels fantastic, solid and a good weight compared to the plastic feel of the samsung watch. My wife also got the 41mm version of this, mving from a galaxy watch 4 and it looks amazing compared to the samsung. I had read it was more of an exercise tracker disguised as a watch rather than a smart watch as it did not run Wear OS. In all honesty it is my favourite watch of them all. The one I purchased has a green trim and green strap and looks amazing, I also purchased a 3rd party metal strap and it looks like a premium watch. It offers all apps and services that I need, outlook, whatsapp, step tracking, answer call from phone. It does not have wifi connectivity so unlike the samsung watch it cannot answer calls when you are not connected to your phone. Where it blows all of the other watches out of the water is battery life, I have the 46 mm watch and the battery lasts easily for 14 days, it is unreal to charge and forget about it, the 41mm watch my wife has gets 7 days and that is also what she loves about it. If you shop around you can pick up a GT5 watch in the UK for £129 which is a real bargain. I know this post has went off on a tangent from what you were asking but unless you really need Wear OS I would consider other systems. Good luck.
Go for at least the GT 4 series
