I've had that watch for a few days... Fantastic battery and tracking without problems. Sleep arrhythmias temperature ecg oxygen etc... In my opinion the only drawback is that if you use WhatsApp you can't open the images but you can reply to the messages. Different for Gmail emails. I can't open them even if the notifications arrive... But for example, I don't get all of them... I don't understand if it's my problem or a general one with Google apps. So unless you use third party apps if you use Google it can cause problems. I'm thinking for example of switching to g8 classic but I'm undecided about the battery life. Another aspect Samsung automatically detects if you carry out an activity... For example running or cycling. At the moment Huawei won't do it for me.
I’m really struggling to settle on a fitness watch and keep going round in circles, so would appreciate some honest advice. Here’s my journey so far: Started with Apple Watch Series 6 → upgraded to Ultra 2 Liked it overall but found it too bulky and got fed up with charging Moved to COROS Pace Pro Loved the simplicity and the app (probably my favourite app overall) Felt a bit “cheap” on the wrist compared to Apple Switched to Garmin Forerunner 570 (influenced by reviews/social media) Really didn’t like the Garmin app or ecosystem Felt like an awkward middle ground between smartwatch and fitness watch Ended up selling it at a loss Tried Amazfit Balance 2 Feature-packed but felt worse than both Garmin and COROS Screen was a fingerprint magnet → returned Tried Huawei GT6 Pro Loved the premium feel and hardware App wasn’t great → returned Now I’ve come full circle and ordered an Apple Watch Series 11 through Vitality (so it’s basically free if I hit activity targets). But I’m hesitating again because: I didn’t like charging my previous Apple Watches I actually enjoyed moving away from “smartwatch” features I keep thinking about going back to COROS (Pace 4 or Pace Pro) For context: I mainly do spin classes and swim regularly Getting back into running after a knee injury I care a lot about the quality of the app and overall user experience I also like a watch that feels nice/premium on the wrist So I guess my question is: Should I stick with the Apple Watch (because it’s free and versatile), or go back to COROS because I enjoyed the experience more? Would really appreciate thoughts, especially from anyone who’s been between Apple and COROS. I intent to cross post this as I know most here love COROS. If the Apple Watch wasn’t basically free I probably wouldn’t be considering it to be honest.
10-15k on the weekends and 5-10k midweek. To be honest I am really tempted to go pace 4 + coros HRM. Which is my budget of £300. The Apple Watch is free depending on how much I use it and workout. But I ditched Apple for a reason. Going to keep looking and thinking it over
+ 1 to this. I got mine for a week. Bought it at 65% battery I still haven't charge it until now. Tried it with my runs and superb GPS tracking 👌
Went from my gt 3 pro to gt 6 pro, a big update in features. But the sleep sensor is still quite unreliable as in the gt 3 pro, but i came to find out this is the case with most smart watches except a few specialising in that field. A great overall everyday premium watch.
Huawei Watch GT6 Pro. Especially health and fitness oriented. ECG, sleep apnea detect, irregular heart beat detect, etc. At least 7-10 days battery life even with 7/24 SPO2 tracking. And very stylish and comfy.
Sure. No problems at all.
What do you want? I have the Fenix 8, solely because I dive and don't want to have 2 watches. If I didn't need a dive watch id probably have the Huawei gt6 pro. Great value.
