Motorola - Watch Fit (PG38C07186)

Not sure if it was the best decision. It does have some excellent features but does lack in other areas as well.

Mine has the time, but no date. It's useless in that regard.

I bought it on sale on July 11th it's now July 21st and I hate it. I didn't read any of the reviews. I wanted the razr flip, this is the only watch they now have available, so I bought it not knowing it was a glorified pedometer. My Samsung Galaxy 4 blows this out of the water and I'm switching back. The returns are hidden and a bitch, it might be easier to sell it on Facebook market place than to return it.

I got a free one with my phone, and it is pretty useless if you're wanting to count steps. I'm wearing it alongside my Fitbit Versa 3 (yes, I look like a total prat, but it's in the interests of science...) and it's recording less than half of my steps. We have 13 stairs and after two trips up and back down plus some pottering about, it only showed 39 steps on the watch. There are no options to change sensitivity, only wrist placement, and the face I have chosen doesn't display date so I can't comment on that. On the plus side, it's a lot lighter than my Versa 3 and the screen is bigger and brighter, and has far better resolution.

This is not an accurate statement. You can change the time to 24-hour by sliding on the “Use 24-hour format” It adjusts the date format, determined by your selected language/region after turning on “Use locale default” they’re under Settings > System > Date & Time

I also bought the moto watch fit last week online at [bol.com](http://bol.com) for 80 euros. It looks nice but can not hold the candle to fe the xiaomi smart band 9 pro and the amazfit active 2 (which i also own). The software is very basic,and i noticed you can not delete saved workouts!! The only good things in this watch imho are the long battery time and the outside looks. For all the rest i actualy would use other fitness trackers or a real smartwatch. It takes the time automaticaly via your smartphone,as i am in the Netherlands it took automaticaly the 24 hour system. BTW this watch can NOT be paired with iOS ..!! so it only works with android. The pairing of this watch with my android phone took me about 30 min....and was not without a few hassels. So iow not a smooth process. The stepcounter is acurate...and thats about it. Wasted 80 euros here. Not recommended. For this kind of money there are way better fitness trackers to be had!!

I recently saw it was out of stock on Amazon. Honestly, I really wanted it, but I feel that $199 is too steep. I saw a review, and the proprietary OS covers the basics, but so do their older watches, which are better priced. At least my Galaxy Watch 6 works great with my Moto.

Hey, so I bought it on Amazon Prime day for $99. It's a good basic watch with great battery life. Definitely better than my Galaxy Watch 6. No date info shows, just the Day of the week. Watch face selection is pretty basic but then again so is my wife's Galaxy Fit 3. I've decided to keep it since I got it at a decent price.

Those older watches you're talking about (like the Moto 70 and Moto 120) are not made by Motorola. They licensed the brand name to a Canadian company who produced the watches. This is the first truly Made by Moto watch in a few years. Also, Motorola has it on sale for $129 from their website. I just ordered mine.

The Moto 120 is not a Motorola device. It was made by a Canadian company who licensed the trademark for the watches. That's why it wasn't advertised, even on Motorola's own site. The new Moto Watch Fit is a true Motorola watch.

I bought the Moto Watch Fit (2025) about a week ago and can confirm the battery works well (still 43%). The screen is beautiful and big for my poor eyes to see clearly while I'm working out. It's paired with my Moto G56 5G - Android 15. It has been given access to all permissions. Only 1 BIG problem. It loses my DOB data from my health profile in it's app on my phone. (would be better stored on the watch imo) It does not lose my height, weight or gender - just my DOB. This results in incorrect heart rate measurements - it always looks like you are only warming up even while High Intensity Training. Have written to support and followed ALL their advice in clearing the cache and reinstalling the app - but it still keeps losing this 1 piece of VITAL info. It is synchronized and backed up - I followed every instruction and still no luck. If you see a low heart rate on this watch - check your DOB is correct in your Health Profile. At the moment I have to keep entering my DOB before training. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I will say looking at the watch faces none of them display the date. Only day. The app won't allow me to post a pic though

This was ultimately my issue with the watch. How you can have a smart watch that doesn't have the option of displaying the full date is utterly asinine.

None of the available faces display the full date. Some show the day of the week and date, but no month or year. I got mine free. It's no better than the no name, Chinese, smart watch I got off Amazon for £40, I wouldn't recommend buying one.

Bought it yesterday on [Motorola.com](http://Motorola.com) for $130 - probably see it Tuesday due to the holiday. I went from a Samsung S24 FE and went to the Razr 2025, but the Galaxy Watch FE I have just doesn't sync up quite right all the time. I don't use it to respond to texts or do much besides the activity stuff and seeing notifications without looking at the phone. I am trading the Watch FE in @ Best Buy for $75 trade-in. Just gonna cut my losses. Watch Fit seems to come with a lug connector, should be able to use my 22mm Watch FE bands on it.
