seanshankus 1.0I've never found a watch over valueab for me. I think the biggest advantage is if they are less annoying then keeping your phone near you to track. Just my 2cents. I'd recommend the morpheus system over the h10 because of how it tracks recovery. I have both the h10 & h7 morpheus but not a watch. I don't track sleep with a wearable, but the hrv tracking that morpheus uses to rate your recovery is a very nice feature. Plus it gives nice targets for various cardio zones to hit on a weekly basis.
