I had it for a few months. Very expensive for what you actually get from it. It's literally a Polar armband but without most of the Polar armband data/analysis. Pretty much a very expensive heart rate tracker (the fact that the subscription was so expensive per month for this infuriated me). I honestly thought it made me a bit less healthy overall because it discouraged me from trying to do some gentle exercise

I am new to visible myself, but can say it's been incredibly insightful to how bady my body works. It gives pacing points and determines how many you get by you results. I alwasy thought I was dramatic about gettin up being hard to finally find out my heart rate spikes so high when getting up.

The new 2.0 got a lot of updates and seems to be much better so far!

Hands down Visible if you’re only choosing between the 2!! I have both. I’m a very long time Oura ring user, but Oura is pretty useless for chronic disease. Visible is designed to help to manage a chronic diseases and gives fairly up-to-the moment updates. Here’s a referral link for Visible if you’d like to get a discount: Here is a referral link for you to get $20 off Visible: https://join.makevisible.com/7378469ac0de32 However, I think the visible band is better for my ME/CFS and pacing overall, and my TachyMon app for my Apple Watch is more useful for my POTS. So look into TachyMon too. It’s HR monitoring is more accurate than Visible and it had 2 levels of HR alerts to warn you to stop and lay down, etc.

Before I got ill I loved my WHOOP. The device itself is free, with the subscription which \*is\* a minimum of $200 a year. Now I wear a Visible. My doctor recommended it for pacing. It's much cheaper, the heart rate tracking seems accurate, but the sleep tracking seems really inaccurate. It thinks I go to bed hours after I do. I had the exact opposite experience, switched to a polar one and didn’t have any issues anymore

G-Shock Edit: Used to wear a Fitbit. Broke too many of them hitting my punching bag. The heartbreak tracker would stop working. Fitbit was great about sending me replacements. I got sick of it and bought a Polar heart rate monitor. So much more accurate anyway. I pair that with my iPhone. Whenever I’m not hitting the bag or tracking heart rate, I wear my G-Shock.
