"the battery lasts much longer, probably 2 weeks min for me. (With notifications and stuff) ... the Withings is much better if I go away for a weekend or a week and don’t want to worry about taking additional chargers and charging the watch etc ... lasting a long time."
"My scanwatch nova lasts 3 weeks of autonomy and I recharge it while it is at 20%. ... I wear it every day but I don't sleep with it. I take an ECG and oxygen once a week."

"If you want a watch that looks like one ... It‘s the nicest hybrid watch package out there. ... The analog Garmins look like children‘s toys in comparison. ... I prefer having a real watch on my wrist…"
"looks more ‘grown up’ and like a nice quality watch. ... it’s nice to have something more formal looking for work! ... I always get a comment about my scanwatch people saying it looks nice as well which is nice! ... Once you wear something like the Withings smart watch you realise how the Apple Watches just look a little toyish! ... still looking smart"

"Notifications are my biggest need and here is my problem with it. ... at some SW versions of the app/watch the notifications are not working. ... Then you have to wait 1-2 months until they release a version with given functionality. ... My problem is, I need the watch to get notified when calling/messaging from important persons (phone has to be quiet). ... the issues with notifications let me think about a new Apple Watch."
"Notifications are limited but it's a health watch."
"So yes it has bugs at times, it's a shame that functions are announced but take a lot of time to come out."

"the charge capacity of the battery will very likely be a great deal less long before 500 cycles - like mine which gradually expired over 6 months outside the 2 year warrantee - the watch was still immaculate - but junk."
"I wouldn't be buying another one, because the integrated battery cannot be replaced."
It is and I have the Nova and love it. But TBH I mean going beyond health and notifications.
r/withings • Scan watch 2 or Apple Watch ->i tested it for 2 days and i concur
r/withings • Would you recommend the Scanwatch 2? ->i used the old scanwatch nova and it's so different how native app integration is. apple is still the best just for this also with nova it scratches pretty easy. 2 days of sleep with it and so many micro scratches. i returned it. maybe this is better but for sleep. apple watch probably is best. also check the only reviews for accuracy. apple do sleep very well scanwatch is pretty tho
r/withings • Would you recommend the Scanwatch 2? ->I have the Nova and would recommend. It’s not going to have the features of a garmin. But what it does it does well. I also love the look of the nova, it’s a real watch with tech built in
r/withings • Would you recommend the ScanWatch 2? ->For me, tracking walking activities, it’s pretty good. Heart rate / steps etc all good. I do have a Nova though so not a totally equal comparison.
r/withings • Scanwatch Light worth it? ->The scanwatch is very good. the 30 days of battery life depends on a lot of things depending on what you have activated. The documentation on their site is very clear. It’s the most beautiful hybrid connected health watch! It takes heart rate very well for health during the day (every 10 minutes) while walking or at night. But for sport it's less good, it's better to turn to another brand which is more sporty. The step counter is precise as well as the floors mounted. The Ecg and oxygen have been clinically validated. Notifications are limited but it's a health watch. Personally I just have notifications for treatments, reminders and calendar. A lot of people complain about this but in general it's always like that in reviews. So yes it has bugs at times, it's a shame that functions are announced but take a lot of time to come out. Which manufacturer has no problem Call, google microsoft everyone frankly every 2 months releases products which at times are buggy. My scanwatch nova lasts 3 weeks of autonomy and I recharge it while it is at 20%. I wear it every day but I don't sleep with it. I take an ECG and oxygen once a week. I start walking or hiking exercises and the frequency is always good. On the other hand, I do crossfit with a call watch because the screen displays more information, the heart rate is very precise and the GPS is included unlike the scanwatch which requires the phone.

r/withings • Would you recommend the ScanWatch 2? ->the scanwatch is the only one to detect paradoxical sleep and naps. The sleep score of the Appel watch is ridiculous compared to withings.
r/withings • Scan watch 2 or Apple Watch ->This is why I got the nova brilliant to wear instead of my galaxy watch ultra. It tracks my steps, heart and sleep but I can feel disconnected when I want.
r/withings • Scanwatch Light worth it? ->If you’re outside of the US, Huawei watches are decent. I’m also partial to a good hybrid watch as I don’t care for apps/notifications and such, but just want a good looking functional health/fitness tracker that is mainly a timepiece. In that case, the withings scanwatch nova is one of a kind.
r/Android • What is the best watch for Android currently? ->Hi, I’ve had a Steel HR, a Scanwatch 1 38mm and a Scanwatch 2 Nova. Step counting is as good as my iPhone, when I have it in my pocket whole day. Sleep tracking is good enough for me. I use it mostly for design, battery, step counting and notifications. Notifications are my biggest need and here is my problem with it. I’m not sure to whether it depends but at some SW versions of the app/watch the notifications are not working. Then you have to wait 1-2 months until they release a version with given functionality. My problem is, I need the watch to get notified when calling/messaging from important persons (phone has to be quiet). So I love the design, the straps, the battery, but the issues with notifications let me think about a new Apple Watch.
r/withings • Would you recommend the Scanwatch 2? ->I have Scanwatch 2 Nova and I love it. I look forward to the new smarter OS announced yesterday
r/withings • Would you recommend the Scanwatch 2? ->The scan watches seem to do all they claim - I don't use most of them - but I wouldn't be buying another one, because the integrated battery cannot be replaced. It's advertised to take 500 charge cycles - which is all well and good but that's an almost meaningless metric - the charge capacity of the battery will very likely be a great deal less long before 500 cycles - like mine which gradually expired over 6 months outside the 2 year warrantee - the watch was still immaculate - but junk.
r/withings • Would you recommend the ScanWatch 2? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
