What exact features do you need from the watch ba? Kasi if you don't need to craft your own replies, pwede nang mga fitness watches like yung mga Amazfit or Xiaomi bands. I used a Miband 6 before upgrading to a full smartwatch and it can do 80% of what I want from a smartwatch during 24h duty. Haba pa ng battery, umaabot 1week. Smartwatch ko ngayon 2 days lang inaabot May kaduty ako dati na Garmin yung gamit niyang watch. Ok naman daw.

I'm happy with mine, heart monitoring better than many. Disappointed that not all features work when I'm out of N.America ... some weird approval not given. Miss the Flashlight function i had in my Miband 6

I started with Mi Band 6 long time ago, ajd kind of become a fitness tracker lover, lol. I had Mi Band7, then Fitbit and now a Garmin for over a year! Garmin is very good, but not very budget friendly. Something totally free to consider would be Strava, or any other app where you can track with your phone. If you are interested in basics metrics only (let's say pace, hr etc) and expect ntohing crazy, there are plenty of cheap options, I would recommend checking for the top selling ones online wherever you live and seeing if you like any. BUT! If you are willing to invest, I love my Garmin! I have a Forerunner 265s (my previous devices worked good enough for long, tho).

Mapuno or hindi, bumibitaw talaga watch sa phone app. Nagstop na yung tracking sa watch ko pero ongoing pa rin sa app. Never kong naexperience to sa non-active version nila. Kapag nagstop sa watch, stop din sa phone. Yung band 6 ko dati automatic na kapag nagstart ako ng routine sa watch mago open na rin app. Dito sa band 8 active, hindi nago auto start yung app sa phone 😥

I have been using Xiaomi Band for 2 years, inexpensive, tracks basics well, and does have iOS app. I use Android, so I cant speak to the iOS version. [https://www.mi.com/global/wearables/#bands](https://www.mi.com/global/wearables/#bands) I bought version 6 two years ago for $25

I have a Huawei Band 10. Costs about 50,- euros Before that I had a Xiaomi Mi Band 6, which is even cheaper. Unfortunately the Xiaomi doesn't measure heartrate in the water. The Huawei does. It's possible that the Mi band 9 also supports heartrate monitoring while in the pool, but I'm not sure. The Huawei requires the App to be sideloaded. This requires a little bit of technical skills. So far very happy with the Huawei, but the Xiaomi isn't bad either

I finally upgraded from my Xiaomi Smart Band 6 to the 9. I had been putting it off because I'd read so many negative comments about the Mi Fitness app. Anyway, my 6 was playing up, so it was time to upgrade and I thought I would share my opinions in case anyone else is on the fence. # The good * Larger, brighter screen that feels more responsive and smoother. * Longer battery life although I'm only on day 2 so it's difficult to compare just yet. * Shower proof - water no longer sends the watch crazy, it's like "Water? What water?!" * Improved swimming mode allows you to monitor your progress as you swim. * The app syncs well with Health Connect (Google Fit) and actually syncs my swims as swims, not walking. * I would possibly argue that the app (Android) is an improvement over Zepp Life in many ways, it has dark mode, it transferred my Zepp data across and it has some additional features, like Sleep Animal, and AI insights that Zepp Life doesn't have. # The bad * Xiaomi scales don't sync with Mi Fitness, so I still have to run Zepp Life for those and the syncing appears to be delayed. * I miss my watch face. The default Smart Band 6 watch face was almost perfect, or at the very least I was used to it. I can't find a watch face on the 9 that I like. There are loads of options, I just don't like them. * The date format is in American MM/DD and can't be changed on any face. * Calendar and reminders still don't sync with phone (Android). * Limited emoji support. * Still no NFC outside of China. * No voice commands (previous 6 NFC had Alexa). # Conclusion Overall it's certainly an upgrade in terms of performance. The swim tracking seems accurate and the device is responsive immediately after getting out the pool. It's very disappointing that the developers at Xiaomi don't put the same effort into the global user experience as they do the Chinese market. IMO Xiaomi really need to tighten up their ecosystem and possibly have a team outside of Asia to develop it for the global market. But I'm happy with it.

Do you want to just measure distance and track your route and heartbeat? If so the cheeapest is to get a smart band (i have the MI smart band). I can't remember the price but it's definitely less than 100, but obviously will not have as many things as a sport watch like the others suggested. It can also be a good idea to get something cheap and if in a couple years you still use you can save for something better

I've used "Mi Bands" (Xiaomi Smart Band) for the longest time, fundamentally for Step Counting and Sleep Tracking, rarely as a bluetooth remote control and for NFC payment. It's very small and unintrusive, doesn't bother you at all and it only needs charging every two-three weeks. You don't have to use all the unneccesary bells and whistles obviously.
