Xiaomi - Smart Band 7

xiaomi mi band... I used to have 4, lost it, bought 7, it's pretty cool can't track kick drills at all, but for breast / free / back it works fine

I started with Mi Band 6 long time ago, ajd kind of become a fitness tracker lover, lol. I had Mi Band7, then Fitbit and now a Garmin for over a year! Garmin is very good, but not very budget friendly. Something totally free to consider would be Strava, or any other app where you can track with your phone. If you are interested in basics metrics only (let's say pace, hr etc) and expect ntohing crazy, there are plenty of cheap options, I would recommend checking for the top selling ones online wherever you live and seeing if you like any. BUT! If you are willing to invest, I love my Garmin! I have a Forerunner 265s (my previous devices worked good enough for long, tho).

I got the mi band 7, not compatible with HPB . Looking around one and so far for budget bands mi band 9 seems be have most accurate HR. So dunno how and I didn't want to use a watch , too heavy

I have a cheapo Xiaomi Smart Band 7 that I wear with a nylon velcro band. It's not connected to my phone for privacy reasons (and I reset it about every month). I use it to track my heartbeat, sleep pattern and stress level. It's useful for pacing (as in managing my energy) and I'm trying to use it for the emotional blindness but without much success.
