That food processor was putting microplastics in your food from the very beginning via food scraping along the bowl itself. Your best bet is a commercial food processor made of stainless steel. They are significantly more expensive, however there is no consumer grade food processor made without plastic that i can find. As for a blender i purchased a blender from the 1980’s most of them back then were made of glass and metal. They also last forever. You can find good quality ones for sale on Ebay.
r/PlasticFreeLiving • Kitchen appliances: immersion blender, food processor, regular blender ->Whatever you get, didn’t get a small one. I got an 8 cup Cuisinart thinking it would be sufficient. Regret it every time I use the thing.
