Based on 1 year's data from Feb 25, 2026 How it works

Have you seen the ninja blending systems with the vacuum sealer? I've used mine for making flour, powdering dehydrated peppers into paprika, and homemade tahini. I haven't personally tried dehydrated eggs, but I can't see why it wouldn't work. I have an older model that isn't sold anymore, but a quick search did show that they do still sell a few models of blender with the vacuum. As long as you make sure you vacuum all of the air out before blending, it works beautifully every time.

The food processor itself makes a big difference too, I had a small one for years and never used it because it just made everything into mush. Patting everything dry after washing and making sure not to crowd your pan also make a big difference. My older 8 cup ninja is a workhorse. As an example I made a very vegetable heavy cottage pie on Tuesday. While the meat was browning I prepped multiple pounds of vegetables in under 10 minutes. A pound of carrots took about 20 seconds to fice into mostly uniform 1/4 inch chunks. A pound of celery Celery takes about the same. I cut both the roots off of both then make roughly 3 inch pieces and slice the fattest carrot parts lengthwise, especially if they are very fresh. Onion takes about 6 seconds in the FP. My total hands on time for multiple onions can be 2 minutes. I just cut the roots off, peel and quarter. A pound of baby bella mushrooms takes 3 seconds. Sweet peppers/green peppers take 3 minutes total to stem, seed, cut in half and drop in the FP. Filling for deviled eggs takes 30 seconds once the eggs are peeled. An entire block of cheese takes 30 seconds to grat They aren't beautiful square dices but I'm not doing fine dining and I can make a vegetable heavy dinner on a weeknight with 20 minutes of prep instead of an hour or more.

I stand by the Ninja blender, food processor, small electric chopper, smoothie maker, etc. I got a combo pack and love it. It has lasted years and works for everything. My family members have bought them on my recommendation and love them too. Just my opinion though. I know everyone has their own preferences.

I’ve had the same ninja blender like device (it’s sort of a hybrid blender and food processor where the motor gets put on top of various containers) for like a decade and it still works perfectly

I have the Ninja food processor (with the shredder, slicer) not the blender and the single cup blender ... they are SO LOUD. Sometimes sounds like a train. But damn if they don't get the job done..

If the Ninja’s Auto-IQ settings let you program pulses, the Ninja may be more convenient than a Cuisinart (which is what I have). I don’t really mind pulsing it manually, though. It only takes a few minutes.

I am not sure if Ninja products are available to you but I bought one and I love it. It has the base and “attachments” for the blender, food processor and single serve smoothie cups I guess you would call them. ( I use the cups to make pesto since I am not a smoothie person)
