"I have the ear shape where in-ear headphones always make a loud bumping sound when I'm moving, so AirPods 4 give the benefits of noise cancelling and great sound without the in-ear effect. ... AirPods 3 always fell out my left ear but they dialed in the size perfect for the 4's, they sit perfect and I've never had it fall out or shake loose doing sprints and a full marathon."
"Took them on a 2hr walk with my dog today and had no issues. First IEMs I can actually wear laying on my side in bed."
"after 80+ miles on our last trip, I was the only one without foot problems of any kind."

"I had mine staked down in packed sand during a rainstorm that dropped 1.5”-2” per hour for 3 hours according to a ranger station nearby and it took it like a champ."
"after heavy and extreme and I mean extreme use in a very dirty environment, after a year the range suddenly cut down... I felt like I'd gotten my measly 20ish buck worth from them and didn't fault jlab due to the extreme circumstances I used them in daily. ... I work in a hot asa filthy steel mill and the fact they lasted a year was impressive to me."
"My old Breville lasted 10-11 years ... I got the new one 3 years ago with the air fryer option … if it breaks tomorrow I would figure out how to get it again - I seriously love it."

"The CCA trio and the Vader Balanced are similarly tuned, but both are one of the best iems under 30 usd."
"I downgraded from the meet 2 to se since I was only using 1080p and am happy with my choice! ... If you’re planning on just doing 1080p I’d save the cash and go meet se."
"JLab go sport + FTW. ... I have the same sweaty ear issue and the beats fall out of my head. ... The jlab are cheap and even they stay in. (Because they hook over your ear)"

"The big PLUS for me on these compared to the Novas is that they have recessed 4kHz - it reduces fatigue and it’s not harsh on the ears. Especially with those high pitch gunshots and flash bangs."
"excellent imaging for FPS games ... SteelSeries has better imaging"
"I can hear more things than everyone i play with - footsteps etc.."

"The closest you would get to that would be some gen 4 or earlier Astro a50 or something with an optical input so it can decode 7.1."

"So freaking true! I've returned my Shokz Open Air's 4 times. ... It's so frustrating."
"For people that have not lost their hearing yet and can still hear very high-pitched noises, these earbuds produce a constant high-pitched sound even when both ANC and transparancy mode are disabled. ... This sound is amplified greatly when transparancy mode is enabled so I guess it's related to that feature"
"For Bose, Your *hair* can cause these issues. Their customer service well actually ask you if your hair was near your ears! I wish I was joking... ... And then the ANC will start toggling itself between, *Quiet,Aware,Immersion* repeatedly, the stupid voice saying it over, and over again until you put then back into the case to reset them. If you're home that's fine, but if you're in the middle of a 2-hour workout and nowhere near the case you're done. So you have to take them off, stick them in your pocket until you can get back to the car."

"I returned my A50s when I got the series X. I don’t know why they got rid of the optical port."
"But if you play on console you would need a monitor or tv with optical output and 7.1 passthrough. The newer consoles have surround on them right out the controller so they got rid of the optical."
Astro A50’s are the most comfortable pair of headphones I’ve ever owned
r/XboxSeriesXlS • Price is no concern - best wireless headset for the series x ->Astro A50s, used to use them on my PS4 too and they’re still amazing. There’s an updated Gen 5 of them now too. They’re also much more comfortable than any steelseries headset for me
r/PS5pro • Okay I need opinions about gaming headsets for the ps5 pro 😎😁 ->Honestly the best headphone I ever used for gaming was Astro A50. Sound , bass and comfort was amazing. The only problem I had with it is that it keeps malfunctioning
r/playstation • Which would you choose, and why? ->I am new to PS switch from XB and I brought over ny Astro A50s to PS, didn't like the performance on PS so I bought Steelseries Arctic Wireless Pro and Pulse Elites. I would return the pulse elites but scracthed them changing out cushions. The Steelseries I really like even better than what the A50s were for me on XB.
r/playstation • Headphone recommendations? ->I had a long story with headsets and i would recommend something like beyerdynamic + a lavalier mic (can be wireless with ai functions like filter background noise etc) like Neceff. Other than that my best headset was the Astro A50.
r/wow • Best PC gaming headset for WoW — Similar to or better than SteelSeries Arctis Nova Wireless? ->best headset ive ever had is the a50x shit is mint
r/pcmasterrace • What are your honest opinions on "gaming" headsets? ->I use wireless for work since I like walking around, however the Scapes Mic is a lot better than the Maxwell's. Of course the Astro has the best mic out of the three, at least for a wireless headset. I personally use a Rode NT1A for my desktop microphone, so yeah.
r/FractalDesign • First Impressions of the Fractal Scape Headset ->I had the a30s for years until the usb dongle that connects to your console or pc stopped working. Was pondering whether I should buy the new USB or a new headset. I bought the a50s and am very happy with it. Only difference to them that I wasn't the hugest fan of were the a50s aren't noise canceling, the a30s are. But the a50s are so much more comfortable so im happy
r/AstroGaming • Headset Recommendations? ->They use planar magnetic drivers which give insane detail and bass. They have multiple custom eqs and a good mic. Used them for cyberpunk and it was epic haha. These days surround is done software side for the most part so headphones don’t really include 7.1 anymore. I bet I know the headphones your dads friend had I had them they are white and called turtle beach x41 I had them in like 2010 they were soooo cool for their time. The closest you would get to that would be some gen 4 or earlier Astro a50 or something with an optical input so it can decode 7.1. But if you play on console you’d need a monitor or tv with optical output and 7.1 passthrough. The newer consoles have surround on them right out the controller so they got rid of the optical.
r/HeadphoneAdvice • Best headphones for game immersion? (closed back) ->I tried nearly all the big gaming headsets. Astro A50's and never looked back.
r/PS5pro • Okay I need opinions about gaming headsets for the ps5 pro 😎😁 ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
