I have the Corsair Hs80 wired, it’s a bit old rn so probably outdated (maybe there is a newer variant) but the design is very comfy and the mic quality is good.

The HS80 has been an absolutely fantastic headset. It's really, really good, with by far the best sound quality I've ever experienced. The guy below, talking about sound quality has no clue what he's talking about. He also talks about price as if any decent headset will be cheap. absolutely not. In terms of price, though, I found it to be decent. It was expensive, yes, but 100% worth it. If you look at any reviews online of the HS80, you will hear one thing, over and over: Superb sound quality. It's by far and away the best surround sound I've ever experienced in my life, and I've been through quite a few headsets. It's even much, much better than the Razer Blackshark. Much better. The microphone quality is also next level, and I mean studio quality. I couldn't find a single headset which sounded anywhere close. It's on par with some really good standalone microphones, and no, I'm not kidding. Just look online at video reviews. If you're going to use the latest version of iCUE, jsut be sure to apply the following equalizer settings below, in the Dolby Access Windows app. These are the best Dolby Access equalizer settings for the HS80. Using Dolby Access will also prevent audio crackling, unless you use an older version of iCUE, specifically, version **version 4.33.138 | 1/31/2023**, which provides great audio quality without using the Dolby Access Windows app. Just make sure to enable surround sound and audio repositioning in the iCUE equalizer settings when using iCUE, instead of Dolby Access. Also change audio bitrate to 24 bit 96KHz in Windows Sound settings, for the HS80. https://preview.redd.it/fp45ffi6rzbg1.png?width=1363&format=png&auto=webp&s=57148c0f5ac87a81c42898194e176a9e2348350a

I own/owned every pair so far of Corsair headsets. Best Sound quality for wireless, are Void 2’s, $129 new. What you have there are refurbished Virtuoso Max’s, basically new. But used, and don’t sound as good as the Void 2’s. They do feel very sturdy, on the heavier side as well. But very tight and your ears WILL press up against the speakers on the inside. Void 2s are comfier, more light weight and cheaper. The Virtuoso Max’s are only expensive because 1.) Bluetooth 2.) Active Noice Cancelling and 3.) Being Viruoso’s They are good, but Void 2’s and HS80’s Wireless or HS80 Max’s are better. If you want the best experience across the board in every regard, easily, are the WIRED HS80’s.

Corsair HS80 RGB. Not really a good headset, but by far the best mic.
