I can't say anything about the above, but the Epos H6Pro Closed back is around 170 euros I believe and one of the best headsets I've ever had. Now I have the Astro A50 Gen 5. It's more expensive but extremely good with a lot of hard hitting bass. Both are really perfect for Battlefield games imho.
r/Battlefield • Looking to buy a headset for bf6, which one is the best out of these? ->EPOS H6 Pro Closed, amazing sound quality and they look so sleek especially in olive.
r/XboxSeriesXlS • What's a good headset that won't break the bank ->Use the Epos H6Pro as well but the closed ones. Awesome headset for gaming and music.
r/sennheiser • Is someone using sennheiser for gaming? ->I have the Sennheiser HD560s and absolutely love them for gaming and music. I also tried the open back Epos H6Pro which are great but ended up keeping the closed back version in the end. But these are the two headphones I use for gaming: Sennheiser HD560s for single player games and Epos H6Pro for multiplayer games or when I want the "isolated" feel of the closed back.
r/HeadphoneAdvice • Best opened back headphones for GAMING ($300-$400) ->I bought the Epos H6Pro on Amazon for about 85€ some time ago on sale and I find it awesome for gaming. Nice immersive sound. Definitely beats my Sony PS5 Pulse 3D headset which I was using until then.
r/HeadphoneAdvice • Best cheap gaming headset – Hidden gems or avoid budget options? ->As a big audio fan that’s not always the truth. Yes you’ll get better experience on the audio side but build quality isn’t always the truth. Sennheiser for instance has had lots of issues with the batteries for their wireless products, Sony and pioneer for instance had insanely awful hinges on anything that wasn’t into the $400+ range. Hinges are some of the big issues (same with earcups) when it comes to what breaks and you have to remember getting more quality of a product doesn’t mean those elements aren’t still flawed, many high end pairs of headphones for instance aren’t meant to be constantly taken off your head or moved around with heavy. (Very high end headphones aren’t great for gaming btw, they are detailed in ways that don’t get taken advantage of and require high end amps to properly utilize and also aren’t always meant for long sessions, also you gotta realize the environment your in) This is coming from someone with numerous high end headsets, headphones, has gotten to demo and use headphones that are way beyond any logical price point even. With that said many of these companies make also gaming headsets now which are usually eq’d specially more for gaming (the way a driver is set up is very much different for use and what you’re primarily listening to) now with that said the blackshark is nice for long periods since it’s so light and doesn’t overheat you also decent mic. Sennheiser had some good with the Epos line but they got rid of them and don’t support them anymore (they sold off the line) and there was some issues with consistency in them however they were great (I owned multiple pairs in the line and love the h3 hybrid and h6pro (still have them too), however sound wise the beyerdynamic mmx300 is a lot better (it’s that beyer style of sound that’s more clinical just as a heads up and you will need to get a decent amp though you can reuse even an older turtle beach or Astro one if you want one more geared towards gaming)
r/razer • Stay away from Blackshark Razer wireless headsets ->I'm not sure if you can still buy them. The Epos H6pro is the best wired headset I've owned. You get an open or closed back option. Link it up with the Dolby Atmos equaliser and you're cooking with gas. I got mine for 80 £. Best money I've spent in gaming tbh. The build quality is great as well. You can just plug it into the controller and play.
r/XboxSeriesS • Any recommendations on a WIRED headset that plugs directly into the controller and actually works? ->I love the stealth pro’s and I also have the maxwells. I used to own the wired nova pros and have the epos h6. So these at £600 literally have no appeal to me. Maybe £350 to £400 but at £600 I doubt the sound quality is worth that and appears to just about convenience and features.
r/headphones • Arctis Nova Elite - My thoughts so far ->Senheiser H6Pro has been phenomenal for me. I’ve had Turtle Beach and Astro both fail on me in <6 months, can’t really attest for Steel Series or Razor but I can say Senheiser quality really stands out over anything I’ve looked at
r/buildapc • Whats the Best Gaming Headset to Buy Right Now? ->The Drop EPOS PC38X is still arguably one of the best gaming headsets you can buy. I also like the EPOS H6Pro series.
r/buildapc • Best gaming headsets? ->I have found that the EPOS H6Pro (both closed and open) can be had on the cheaper side, and I prefer them to the PC38X as someone that wears glasses , as they have more swivel/pivot and deeper cups, and less of a clamp. They’re also very solid for positional audio, and overall great audio quality with a better build. That’s not to say the 38X is a slouch, as they’re fantastic, I personally prefer the H6Pro. The Blacksharks are comfy and lightweight, decent sound and mic quality, and pretty well priced. I am not a fan of Razer’s plasticky build quality on them.
r/HeadphoneAdvice • Headphone Recommendations for FPS Gaming ->I’ve been waiting for the PC38Xs to drop back down to ~$120 on Amazon, which according to the camel they do a lot. While waiting, I read a lot about the Epos H6Pros, which I picked up for ~$80. I like these a lot, but still want to try the 38Xs.
r/HeadphoneAdvice • Best opened back headphones for GAMING ($300-$400) ->As someone who’s currently in the market for a good headset reading tons of reviews and feedback: Epos are trash and it’s a crime to put a Sennheiser logo on them.
r/HeadphoneAdvice • Why are gaming headphones not as good? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
