Super late but incase anyone is wondering, Cloud 3 in general is good, but Cloud 2 is so much better when it comes to FPS games. I hear much clearer and better in Cloud 2 core wireless compare to my Cloud 3 wired

Tried them. Returned them same day, sounded like 4 feet away, thru a speaker. None the less, leather pads.

Just got back to the Cloud 2 Core wireless after using a razer one which broke last week. Had the cloud 2 wired before and i still think these are the best value for money headsets out there

Have you considered getting a pair of cloud core II wireless? (£70-80) They’re fairly cheap due to the lack of bluetooth support (dongle required). They’re built a *slight* bit cheaper than some other HyperX products, but compared to most other headsets they’re still built like a tank. I ended up getting a pair for work too as I wasn’t vibing with any of the headset options we would usually get, and they’re great.

I have the HyperX Cloud II Wireless and I love it! The sound quality + mic quality seem really good! I mainly chose it because someone recommended it to me when I was looking for a smaller-sized headset because my headsets were forever falling off my head but it ended up just being a really good headset in general! :) I also like that is has a muted indicator light and that it's a mute button and not the type where you flip the mic up to mute as those seem to wear out for me and end up not working anymore!

Take a look at the HyperXCloud II Wireless and wired. We (my daughter and me) use that since a year or to and they are really great: comfortable, usable for different head sizes, great sound (virtual surround). The wireless version comes with an USB dongle which is faster than Bluetooth. We got the wired version first, but wireless is worth the extra money. We got both from Amazon, with discount for about 65€ for the wired version 110€ for wireless.

Seconding this. I LOVE the Hyper X Cloud Wireless series. I've been rocking the Wireless II's for a few years now and have zero complaints. I love the feel, fit and sound quality. Sure, it's a tad high on treble and the listening fatigue does occur after long play sessions, but for the price and quality it's a 10/10 on recommendations. What's more, the microphone has audio monitoring which was one of the big key factors in my purchase. You can activate this by holding down the mute button for 3-4 seconds. Oddly, Hyper X doesn't explain how to do that anywhere that I could find and it's an incredible feature.

r/Gaming_Headsets[LFH][PC] im looking for a new headset, i had a hyperex clod 2 and really enjoyed it, now im looking to move to wireless for comodity (last 2 headsets i broke were cord breaks), i play singleplayer most of the time so microphone isnt really a concern besides some discord calls with friends so often.

i feel you on the cord breaks - went through two headsets that way. if you liked the Cloud II fit, the HyperX Cloud II Wireless keeps the same sound signature and comfort. also the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 is great for all-day wear, mic retracts so it's clean for single-player, and the battery lasts forever. both skip the cord problem completely.

i switched from the Cloud II to wireless last year for the same reason - kept snapping cables. landed on the [HyperX Cloud II Wireless](https://www.amazon.com/s?k=HyperX+Cloud+II+Wireless&language=en_US&tag=bestdeals202f-20&ref=as_li_ss_tl). same 53mm drivers so the sound profile is almost identical. battery is around 30 hours and the mic sounds clean in Discord. metal frame so no flex issues. simple upgrade path honestly.
