I got pulse 3d, turtle beach 600 gen 2, cloud x 3 and Logitech 300 family. The best one of these for footsteps was the turtle beach, but the microphone is garbage, it keeps getting any background noise, don’t know the gen 3 if they fixed that issue. I updated the firmware but is useless. The second best one of these four options for footsteps for me is the cloud X 3. But for overall gaming any one.

I like the hyperx cloudx

HyperX CloudX. I’ve been using the same pair for 2+ years, so when it was on sale recently I bought a spare. Very comfortable, I’ve worn it frequently for 2-5 hours consecutively. Feels higher quality than the Turtle Beaches I used to have + sturdier material.

I have a pair of Logitech astros now with a mix amp. But before when I was on more of a budget I bought the hyper cloud x and I don’t have any complaints

I had 3 of these. They always break within 6 months.

The right earcup always fall off the hinge and the material on earpads starts deteriorating after 6 months of daily use. I used to like these headphones but not anymore because build quality is bad. I switched to Sennheiser 660s and a usb mic.
