The new ones are way worse in quality than the original Basically HP acquired HyperX and they became much worse, as someone who has both, I'd say look for smth else, also avoid Logitech overhyped headset But thats just me comparing to the original, which was perfect, I guess they are decent, definitely better than the newest Logitech ones
They work fine? I used them when Online Zoom school was a thing. Maybe your Network or mic settings are set badly
My headphones' left side doesn't work, unless when used with a audio to USB C adaptor with my phone. For whatever reason, it doesn't work with the split headset/microphone one, combined ones, or USB to headset/microphone adaptor. HyperX model number MSIP REM K98 CR I don't remember the regular name. HyperX Cloud Series S or something like that.

Cloudcore hyperX, great sound great noise cancelling, can get one for under $100
I don't think it's the glasses, I think the issue is 20 dollar turtle beaches. I have both a hyper x cloud core and Logitech g933. Glasses aren't an issue with either set
I have the hyperx one. Good enough mic which I also use for office meetings
Razer Nari Essential: used for 10+ hours daily for a few years until finally the volume rocker gave up. In total I had 2, and finally switched to HyperX Cloud 2 Core which I don’t really like that much because sometimes the headset crashes and restarts. If I could find the Nari again I would have bought it a 3rd time.
First of all... yes gaming headsets are bad... think Astros, turtle beach, razer, etc. But so are a lot of regular headphones like bose and beats. Second of all... hyper x headsets are an exception. They are built on an old audiophile design by a company called takstar - the pro 80. Google it if you don't believe me, you'll instantly recognize the very unmistakable hyper x design. They're genuinely pretty phenomenal for the price. Lastly... get whatever the fuck you want. Someone like you is never going to know or care about a sloppy bass signature or lack of clarity in imaging or a narrow sound stage. None of it matters to someone who isn't going to recognize it. Get what you want. There are even lots of wireless headsets that are phenomenal, the Audeze Maxwell for example. So anyone telling you all Bluetooth is bad is also flat out wrong. I see a lot of bad advice getting heavily upvoted in here, when you obviously came here for quick easy answers. Likelihood is you won't even be able to tell between good and bad advice, unfortunately. Get whatever the fuck you want.
I've had the Hyper Cloud X. The plastic part holding the earphone to the base has broken 2x. The first time they reluctantly replaced the headphones after a month of arguing. The second time they wouldn't. They don't sell the little plastic piece so you have to find a 3d printer to pay for them to be made. Total waste and won't buy their product again.
Hyper X cloud headset. Had my originals for 6, almost 7 years. Replaced the ear cups twice. Only reason I moved on is I wanted wireless
