As someone who works from home, if you want to have your regular PC audio mixed with work PC audio at the same time you need a very high end gaming headset. The cheapest option I could find that does true dual channel is the JBL quantum 800s, but those were so flimsy and the software died after a year so I'm on Arctis Nova pros now. Definitely the most expensive peripheral I've got besides my best monitor, but VERY worth it IMO. The only regret I have is that only the JBL headsets have a 7.1 channel in, every other headset company has gone with a stereo in with virtual surround that doesn't work quite as nicely as just dumping surround sound in.
