Steelseries arctics pro. Haven't gone wrong with [Logitech](https://realpeoplewin.com/logitech-g533-gaming-headset/) too. Fan of them both.

I use the logitech G533 headset. Wireless, holds a good charge, and they're an outdated model. Just googled and you can find em for around $50. Swing the boom to the up position and you're muted. They're not the best but they do spatial sound well and they're all I need for a guy in construction that rides a motorcycle and has hearing loss in one ear. I actually don't notice my hearing loss with this headset.

It depends, I'm still using a pair of g533 I bought years ago but if I was to buy something today I would get something from red dragon.

I mean, what kind of problems? I've been using a pair of Logitech G533's for 6 years. They still look mint and the battery still lasts over 10 hours.

I had the Logitech g533s for years and decided I would like an upgrade as well. I purchased the Logitech G Pro X and had them for less than 24 hours before I return them. The sound quality is hollow and tinny. As soon as I started talking on the microphone my friends said that my voice sounded better on my old headset, even using all of the new technology in the new headset. In my experience the sound was flat and pretty crappy and the microphone was really not much better. I returned them and got a pair of Sennheiser HD 560s and it's kind of mind-blowing the difference in sound especially for gaming. After watching a ton of reviews and reading a lot on the forums I can say that most gaming headsets are a joke and a gimmick at best. As soon as I started using the sennheisers I could immediately pinpoint where people were on the map like I never have been able to before. Look into an actual pair of nice audio headphones instead of going for a gimmicky pair of gaming headphones. Sennheiser also sells a microphone add-on that you can attach to the 560s that turns it into a full headset.

Equally surprised by the quality of gen 4 optically with Dolby, it’s a delight. And it is much cheaper than the x50. For your information, I have a Logitech g533 nearby and it is not as good! On the Astro the sound is louder, the bass the same!
