Logitech’s Pro X Wireless is a clear overall upgrade from the G633 for sound quality, mic performance, and build, while the G633 still wins if you specifically need wired multi‑platform flexibility and RGB. Both use G Hub, have DTS Headphone:X surround on PC, and support EQ presets, but Pro X Wireless adds detailed Blue VO!CE mic controls and better tuning out of the box. G633 gives you RGB lighting, on‑headset programmable G‑keys, and easy wired use with PC, console, and mobile via USB or 3.5 mm, which the Pro X Wireless cannot fully match because it’s mainly a 2.4 GHz PC/console dongle headset.

Depends on budget really, but Arctis series is quite good. I have also used Logitech G633, which was good enough for me. A bit niche but IEMS are quite good too if you are into those.

Headsets all kind of suck, tbh. But they offer convenience. I have the G Pro X 2 and it's all right. People often bash its mic, but everyone I've spoken to has had zero complaints from it. Maybe it's not streamer-worthy or anything but does the job in-game. And they completely gimped the onboard DTS surround that I loved on my wired G633s, so the sound took me some time to get used to, but it's overall decent. A pretty well-built and comfortable headset, overall, I'd say.

I went from logitech G633 to corsair HS70 pro to steelseries arctis 9 and then to meze 99 neos, I have the exact same experience as you, except I disagree on the argument that gaming headsets are for people on a budget gaming headsets are only OK for people who are DEAD SET on having low latency wireless at any and all costs, you can get regular headphones at pretty much any price point that will smash gaming headsets out of the water in both build and sound quality (the AKG K72 is absolutely amazing at like 60 bucks, I'd get those above any gaming headset I've ever owned)
