The official one is what I use. Simple, easy, and it works great. I wish it adjusted just a little bit larger though.

Epos h3. Cheap but still high quality, you might have to get a used one. I was flabbergasted by the awful quality of the official Xbox headset, no one could hear me properly.
Itchy_Badger_9057Have the steelseries for my pc (non x), figured I'd try the Microsoft dedicated xbox headset for my Xbox. Love the steelseries, can wear it for hours, microsoft one hurts the top of my head. Sound and mic are great on both though.
