I bought these today and Im having the same issue

Cool. I figured out they are really loud, just had to turn up the in game master volume in fortnite to get them to go up. Also FINALLY got the app to work, that was rough all by itself

Had the same exact problem with the master volume being quiet, weird that the in game volume fixed it. Definitely a rushed out headset that still is extremely bugged tho. I feel like if I didn't let it charge for 2 hours like it says to out of the box, I feel like it wouldn't have even worked the way it was supposed to lol

I tried everything and looked up videos and couldn’t find anything. I got the app together but I couldn’t figure out how to turn it up So I ended up exchanging them and getting the steel series novas and holy shit are these better…

I returned them and got something better.

Most comfortable headphones I've ever worn, by a significant margin. Comfort: 10/10 Sound: 8/10 Value for money: 7/10 These replaced my Arctis Nova Pro X, which had better sound but are uncomfortable after less than an hour use. 

Decent headset at this price. Build quality is insane, you can basically throw them off a building and they’ll survive. Fit is a little weird as the cups don’t swivel at all so they won’t seal well depending on your head shape. The sound is good enough but not great or anything.

Fuck it! I’ll try it…. A50x I ordered already came defective, so for less than half the price I’ll try this. And also had a $5 Best Buy rewards bonus coupon.

The wire on the inside is terribly thin and muting over and over will def deteriorate it. But flip side one of the lightest most comfortable headphones I had.

Not sure if you've resolved this yet, but pretty sure you an tweak the audio levels via the app to make it louder from memory

Agreed. I ended buying a since mic but the headset itself is great
