Its'a shame, Poor quality Builds , Poor Audio , nothing ( immersive here with this ones , so avoid if youre planning buy for audio. Mic cheap build , but good sound when talking( im not sure with the fiability , 6month im pretty sure mic will start to be problem.. thats my guess cuz so cheap.) im from Razer BlackShark v2 pro and nothing comparable here , better mic/better audio in all aspects , Bluetooth doesnt worthg it with nova 5 cheap too .. so Nova5 its a budget headphone thats it. if you want spent 200$ on headphone avoid this ones dont worth the prices. im really disapointed . 2/10 for nova 5. im sending them back to get back my blackshark back or kraken v3 who know. Ps: so headache for nothing. Go Razer plug and enjoys. Keyboard/mousse SteelSeries is still my way to go tho ! also\* Hyercloud x2 get better Audio for quality too so dont buy nova 5 you will still be disapointed.
r/steelseries • Wireless SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5 ->I used the wired pink Razer Kraken headphones with the ears attachment for years and was sooo happy with them - until my fat potato of a cat decided that the cable looked tasty. After that, I only had sound in one ear, and they had to be retired. I tried the Bluetooth version, but I was NOT happy with them - they were a lot tighter on the sides of my head, and the sound quality was very poor in comparison to my original pair, so they were promptly returned. So, while I guess I can’t make a recommendation for a pink set (I’m currently using the Logitech Aurora headphones and am very happy with them, but they are white and sadly lack any kitty ears options! 😭), I’m making an *anti*-recommendation and suggesting you stay away from anything Razer that uses Bluetooth. They’re just not worth it, even if they’re pretty!
r/GirlGamers • Best wireless and Bluetooth headset for a newbie gaming girl? Budget listed below 😇 ->I've tried and have (almost?) all currently available haptics headsets, here's my two cents: >**Razer Kraken v3 haptic/ pro if you want wireless/**: The kraken v3 is alright. Worse haptics than the nari in my opinion. If you go for them I'd get the wired version over the wireless. The wireless has the most annoying low battery notification on the planet - it beeps at you every single minute when the battery is low (25% i think) which is unbearable for me. >**Razer Nari Ultimate (if you want wireless and can get it in good condition second hand)**: The nari is still the best thing I've ever used in terms of comfort. The sound quality and the battery life are pretty meh. Fortunately there are tutorials on how to replace/upgrade the battery. I bought them on launch, sold them a year later because I decided to get rid of all my razer peripherals, bought it again second hand on amazon in 2023, because it is just so good, lol. >**Corsair HS60 Haptic if you want wired, but not razer:** The HS60 is alright. Probably a bit better sound quality than the kraken v3 and nari. Nothing to write home about though. You gotta customize your EQ in iCUE if you go for it though, the flat EQ is horrible, as is on all the others I mentioned, lol. >**Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2:** If you want bluetooth (latency is noticeable during games so it's only good for youtube/music), you can use it wired for gaming (still have to turn it on for the haptics). It is my bluetooth go-to for the gym. Good battery life, alright audio quality and massive haptics. I also use it on my PC (via bluetooth) sometimes when I listen to music and I don't want to drain the Nari. If you don't want wireless I'd honestly go for whatever is the cheapest. I can't tell you anything about the microphones on these headsets as I have a dedicated mic I use. Ps. I've also tried the Kraken v4 pro in a razer store and they felt quite heavy, but with good build quality. The audio and haptics were alright for the short period of time I could use it, but the haptics options in synapse 4 made no noticeable difference to me. Probably gonna have to cough a few hundred $ and buy it to test further, but god damn it's stupidly overpriced. And I'll probably still like it less than the nari lol. Good luck.
r/razer • Best headset for haptics? ->Using Razer kraken 7.1 since 2021. It has a cold gel ear cushion & mostly I use it for long sessions because of gaming & sound enhancement. Except the leather everything is pretty fine & still works perfectly. I don't know much about Logitech but you can go with the hyperx series if it comes under 5k. The only downside is it doesn't have a retractable mic ( cloud stinger x ) which can be pretty annoying if you want a clean headphone look Sennheiser hd400s is under 5k now. It has a pretty decent sound range also, So you can check that out too.
r/Indiangamers • Looking for gaming headphone recommendations under ₹5k - Current Redgear Cosmo 7.1 user ->Don't get the usb version.. the type is prone to break easily.. also the driver size is small ( around 40 mm) Instead try to get the kraken v3 which has 50mm driver size which can deliver better sound quality , mic quality & also support spatial audio support. The cable is braided. Also it comes with a usb A version & you can get a dongle for around 250 if you wanna use it on your phone or any tablet you have. Also you can easily detach the microphone from the headphone if you want a clean look.
r/Indiangamers • Looking for gaming headphone recommendations under ₹5k - Current Redgear Cosmo 7.1 user ->Usually none, but when I do it's either the Raycon Everyday earbuds (the Impact ones are best) or my Razer Kraken Bro (I think). It's one of PewDiePie's branded headphones from ten years ago but it's still good.
r/SteamDeck • What headphones do you use? ->I used razer kraken for years and was pretty happy with them, very comfy too However if you want really good audio get some seinheissers and a separate mic for chatting, non gaming headphones are way better quality and value for money, but often don't have a microphone
r/gamers • What brand of gaming headset is the best? ->I always use Razer Kraken, last me years
r/Gamer • gaming headset under £50 ->Been using the Razer Kraken headset for years now and it's pretty good.
r/buildapc • What's the Best Wireless Gaming Headset in Your Opinion? ->Razor Kraken is good Edit: whatever you can't win on Reddit I give up. Every post I try to post I'm not allowed to talk in the comments because of bad karma and the ones that I am allowed to talk in everybody always gives me negative reviews no matter what I say. I'm sorry I can't afford beats by Dre but if you're looking in the $50 tier The kraken is a good headset I've owned one now for over 2 years and it's just fine for playing call of duty it has good base and good quality microphone but yeah if you're going to compare it to some $400 headset probably not
r/pcmasterrace • Another „Gaming Headset“ bites the dust, tired of overpriced/hyped headphones. ->The Xbox wireless headset is the best gaming headset I've had. I prefer it over my Razer Kraken or Turtle Beach
r/Warzone • is the official xbox gaming headset a good headset for Warzone? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
