"Being able to walk around without interruptions is such a quality of life. ... Getting coffee mid meeting or getting a snack when gaming and keeping the convo going. ... Wireless headsets is def the way to go unless you are a content creator imo"

"going wireless was such an upgrade for me, personally. ... I have a rather small apartment so my connection never drops and I can keep them on literally all the time."

"Been using for several years and no issues or drops in audio quality."

"insane battery ... in the morning it's still not drained - and this is on a 6 year old set with worn out batteries. ... The case only needs charged once, maybe twice a month"

"Oh, and the battery lasts days even when exercising a lot (weeks without excercise)."

"the battery life is phenomenal, it lasts over 10 hours (14-16 for me i think?)"

"run 3 tbs, 3 phones, ps5, laptop, xbox all from it, with 2 tvs, 2 phones, laptop, and ps5 on pretty much at all times, and experience 0 issues. ... ibe had my current router about 3 years now, not a single issue, i run my entire house daily on it, minus 1 tv, everything else is on, and runs with 0 issue, 0 lag, standard load times for my laptop, and thats even with watching youtube on my phone, disney or netfilx on one tv, streaming and gaming from 1 laptop, hbo on the other tv, 3-4 phones going at all times (medical devices) so, why do i need to switch to wifi7?"

"Remote play to xbox sx (xbox wired) with 5 ping on iphone, very playable, all while wife and son are streaming something on tv/phones/tablets all on wifi."

"The router though, I really wanted the ability to manage the devices connected to it and prioritize certain devices and applications. The one I have handles things the way I wanted."

"Fragile ass build quality, they just broke."

"The c30i notorious for breaking at the connection. ... I used to use a c30i and they broke at the connection. ... They also broke but still work though lmao. ... Nah the c30i are great and all but they are poorly built and fragile. ... One wrong drop and they crack instantly."

"Very reliably unreliable ... having two pairs replaced under warranty and still failed on the third."

"my ps5 would lose its connection every 30 minutes"

"my ps5 would lose its connection every 30 minutes"

"The Razer software is just as bad as everyone says. ... I use a Kiyo Pro and it’s exceptionally prone to crashing, random black screens and generally being very painful to use."

"they constantly disconnect/fade in and out when I walk around and it drives me nuts."

"I have read it could be due to 2.4GHz wireless networks but not much I can do about that. ... I have tried everything short of turning off my 2.4GHz network, can't do that as I have a lot of IoT devices plus there are my neighbors 2.4GHz bands to worry about. ... Nothing else I have from Corsair wireless (mouse) does that so it must be the channel the headset runs on. ... If only we could change that on the headset."

"For me, whenever there is a lull in sound in a game (goes quiet), the headphones",switch off" until their is sound again, but there is a delay in that sound so you miss the first second or so. ... Sounds minor, but it's quite frustrating when a cut scene starts and you miss the first word .. but happens all the time, and Corsair has no idea why."

"I can't find headphones that don't give me a headache after about 40 minutes. ... Gave my ps5 pulse ones to my girl"

"I find I can't wear them for more than an hour without my ears hurting."

"After 30 minutes of gaming, my ears are burning."

This! I appreciate how I can control the headset volume and mute with the Dualsense Edge. You can't go wrong for the price imo. Sound stage and battery life are fantastic.

I have the Pulse Elite and Arctis Nova Pros, almost exclusively use the Pulse Elites. Great sound stage, volume, battery life is solid, comfy and I like how the mute pairs with the controller. Of the few hundred hours it's been used, I've had it disconnect maybe 3 or 4 times for a second and it auto-reconnects. And Sidetone could be a tad louder. Otherwise, I love it and it's great for the price IMO.

I have to recommend the Pulse Elite. I have Mine for about a year and the Sound and mic quality is both good. I Had a steel series AMD the Sound quality was Not good in my opinion. I had to return it the same day..

Seconded, I'm coming here for a replacement because the right side of my pulse elite cracked in half. I was not particularly rough on them and in 20 years of using headsets I've never experienced that kind of failure. Rough for a $150 headset.

I know a lot of people are trashing the Pulse headset, but just adding a positive note to them, that I’ve had mine since release and they still work fine and are not broken. With that said, they are not the most comfortable for me, and hurt my ears after a few hours. If money isn’t an issue for you, I’ve only heard good things about Arctis 7p+, so that’s probably the better option. In fact, I’d probably get myself some in the future Edit: sorry, I didn’t realize those were the pulse Elites. I only have the regular Pulse headset. Either way, out of the three you have, it sounds like (pun intended) that the 7p+ would be your best bet, based on the other comments in here, plus they do happen to be the cheapest of the three.

Better than Pulse Elite especially for the audio quality and PS5 gaming integration? Structurally it is a better headset because Pulse Elite cracks and breaks easily.

Bought the Pulse Elite when they were first released and have used these daily for both work and gaming since. Never dropped and always handled with care. While I loved this headset I’m not buying another that’ll break in 2 years with regular use. Looking for reviews on the Steel Series Arctis Nova 7P for a replacement if anyone owns them. The battery life on those looks perfect for me as I’m using these almost 10 hours a day.

Same. I had preordered these the day they opened for orders. Zero issues until they just gave out unfortunately. I always thought people were just too rough on these but even being careful they didn’t hold up for everyday use.

DO NOT BUY PULSE ELITE. I work retail and replace them all the time because they snap in half. I’ve used steel series for 6 years now

Haven’t tried the Arctic Nova 7P, but I have tried the 7P+ and Pulse Elite and 1000% recommend the 7P+. I’ve been using it for a few years and It’s genuinely been fantastic. Holds charge for a long time so I don’t really charge it that often and the spacial awareness on it has been great. It’s also super comfortable and I haven’t had any issues wearing it for 4-6 hours at a time. Having the option to also hear around you is very nice incase you need to multi task. It also helps it’s the cheapest option while also, imo being the best!
