Thank you for commenting on that very useful feature. It's disappointing that there hasn't been an improvement on the sidetone. I've been stuck using the steelseries arctis nova 3 wireless because the sidetone on there is perfect. I'm not sure if the Non-Pro model would be different.
I recommend the SteelSeries nova 3 wireless as that headset has a good mic and loud / clear real-time sidetone built-in to the headset.
I bought a steel series Artcis Nova 2 wireless recently, didn’t break the bank and my teammates advise that my sound quality is vastly improved.
The longest session wearing it was about 4 hours and it was still going strong, but I’ve used it on and off for 2 weeks without charging it at all.
SteelSeries Arctis Nova 3P Wireless. Under $100 and good audio and microphone capabilities with Bluetooth and 2.4 audio modes
Steel Series Arctis 3P. It's $80 on amazon. I have the same model. I have the original Pulse 3D's as well, but those get hot and they're not very comfortable. The 3P sounds great to me, you can adjust the eq from an app on your phone, great battery life, and you can use it as your everyday headset as well, just remove the mic. Fits great over glasses too. I had the official one and hated it so much I returned it and bought an arctis nova. The SteelSeries headset connects quickly and sounds perfect. I love it. If you can afford the arctis nova 3, it’s a worthwhile upgrade.

7 years strong for me. I've been using the arctis nova 3 daily for work and gaming, only have replaced the earpads.
