Akko tac75 he on aliexpres… can’t go wrong
I guess it will end up being personal liking… I switched from a blackwidow to this acco tac and I am enjoying it
Ye I see what you mean. Also for me the fact that I paid 40€ for the Akko Tac75HE with astroaim switches also gives it a couple points. For example, here the blackwidow V3 goes for 90€.
I just bought the akko tac 75 HE, i used corsair strafe cherry red for 15 years. I didn’t want to spend 200 for a wooting so i ordered the akko. i should receive it today or tomorrow, i will tell you if i can feel any difference
ok, two days into the tac 75 HE and i can tell it's so much better than the corsair strafe which is not even hot swappable. magnetic switches has no electric pins, this mean the keyboard is even more liquid-proof, it feels sturdy and does zero bending. you can set the trigger point with a 0.01 accuracy and it has an algo that prevents accidental touches. The soutch facing LEDs is bright and you can choose color per single key (a lot of mechanical keyboard at that price does just flat color or pre-set effects). The only bad thing i found is the lack of ISO layout, since my previous keyboard was ISO and this one is ANSI when i press enter i always press the \[ \\ | \] button above the enter key, so i remapped it and use it with fn key to do the letter when needed. for 40€ i think i made the best purchase i could've done. i just miss the numpad and the ISO layout, but once you go past it it's perfect.
tac75he 50 euro if it breaks 5 times and you replace it will be still less expensive than this overpriced piece of plastic. Also for the software debate only mentally ill people go into a keyboard software more than handfull of times
Well, I'm sure you'll want to upgrade a keyboard before it breaks either 50 dolla or 280 dolla so lying to your self that paying a premium for reliability for a bunch of keys is peak consumerism. I got this 50 dolla HE keyboard that does everything with all the 0.01 and 8000hz and 32gb and 500hz/turbo and I got convinced that wooting consumers and people in this subreddit are brainwashed. I am a person of eye for detail worked in 3 star Michelin restaurants, raced supersport motorcycles, and won a couple of cod2/cod4 tournaments back in the day I also have thousands of $ knife collection so I understand quality and reliability. The reason i said if it breaks 5 times is to emphasize on the prize difference of 2 plastic products that will both break long after you have upgraded.
My tac75 from akko never failed me also 199 is still 4x the price. I'm not against paying for what you like for whatever price you like, but I get triggered when there is so much glaze over a product which does not deliver in terms of premium, just slaps a ''good software'' and support and charges 4x the price.
I said "good software" and support not how you phrased it but what to expect from a reddit ape. It's like buying a calculator with good software and support, thats how i feel about it
akko's software isnt buggy at all
akko every day of the week. my advice - go on AliExpress and get the tac75 HE, it's 75%, hall effect, feels great and has a bunch of different options for looks. the software isn't great but who cares? plus - akko also does really good higher end keyboards if you wanna put the money in.
Had the aula. It has decent build quality. Software is a little buggy but usable. Sol it an braucht a akko tac 75. Way way better
I think I'm finally happy with my mouse and keyboard duo. Dare I say I think I found my... endgame??? Op1 8k V2 + Akko Tac75 HE w/ Astrolink Magnetic Switches I still need to find my endgame mousepad though. RN I'm using the EspTiger Chuan Yun Baby Blue and it's by far the best speed pad I've ever used so who knows maybe I'll stick to it.
I personally do not, and I move it constantly. You might have gotten a bad unit. I'm sorry bro.
