Aula f87, f99. Its within your price range, has wireless and is one the best ones around. Thocky sound. They have Linear switches meaning no click, less feedback but smoother typing. Hot swap, flex cut. F99 has a numpad all the keys, but its not a true 100% so like 1-2 keys are missing and its all a bit scrunched up, you know things like the arrow keys and Numpad.

I have an aula f87, wired and 2.4g works flawlessly on linux, didn't test bluetooth but I'd assume it also works. I didn't really check out the control software (not that it works in linux) but you can control the lights a decent bit with key combinations built into the keyboard

Sell the brother and get yourself a nice keyboard I don't know steelseries that well but on a 60 to 80 euro budget I'd recommend the aula f87 pro

I’ve been using the AULA F87 for a while now, and I’m honestly impressed with how good it feels to type on. The keys are smooth and cushioned, and the hot-swap feature lets me tweak switches whenever I want. It’s compact, sturdy, and the PBT keycaps feel premium for the price. Id also personally prefer a keyboard where the shift key is not right next to the arrow keys. If you want a solid budget mechanical keyboard, I’d definitely recommend it. https://preview.redd.it/atpl7o7zk16g1.jpeg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9fe6505778b2fb144176708cc830a05bf329ed19

if you mainly just want a board that won’t feel like a downgrade while staying under $120, the f87 pro keeps popping up for a reason. it’s comfortable to type on, the wireless modes actually work, and the build doesn’t feel flimsy. not mind-blowing or anything, just reliable and easy to live with. fwiw my mate and i looked at some long-term comments too, and people seemed pretty happy with how it held up over time compared to other budget options. same affiliate disclaimer.

r/keyboardsPurchased the famous “Aula F75” keyboard here is my HONEST review
8 months ago

My wife bought the Aula F87 Pro due to the cheap price; it's actually a really decent keyboard and she likes that it can be switched from USB wireless to bluetooth (she works with 2 different PCs at the same time), so she doesn't need a second keyboard. She does not have the bluetooth problem like you mentioned though. Doesn't sound bad too in its original form, no mods done. The battery bar only on the F87 is quite nice to have for battery life.

It's like legos. You don't have to solder anything. Worst case you still have RD75 as a prebuilt. If you like plastic, Kisnt KN85 is not bad for a starter. GMK87/67 are kits so you have to put switches and keycaps on yourself. If not I suggest Kisnt Kn85. Aula F75 is also good. For TKL Aula F87 is also good.
