I have both the • Corsair K70 with Cherry MX Blue for desktop work (corded) • Logitech G915 TKL when I need a portability (pair with the NEXSTAND to raise your laptop for a more ergonomic portable workstation) The K70 has lasted for around a decade and shows no signs of wear. The G915 has has over 250k words typed on it. It has travelled to several countries and commuted for several months in a backpack without a case. It's perfectly fine, even though there is wear on the home-row and space bar keycaps. Both are excellent and I recommend them to anyone who is willing to listen (to me rave about them)
r/BuyItForLife • Mechanical gaming keyboard that will last? ->1. My only experience with Corsair was when I got the K70 RGB Mk. 2 with my first PC build. It was much better than the membrane keyboard that I started off with. I like the other keyboards I've gotten since then far more though. 2. No. You'd need to get a keyboard that's specifically made to use Hall Effect switches.
r/keyboards • Thoughts on corsair keyboards? ->Mouse: Lamzu Thorn Keyboard: Corsair K70 Mk2, but currently awaiting some parts shipments to build my own custom board.
r/CompetitiveApex • What mouse, and keyboard are you using? ->I think you can't go wrong with Keychron. At the moment, I have the Q1 Pro and the K8 Pro. I also have a NovelKeys NK65, GMMK Pro and a Corsair K70 MK2 (my Frankenstein keyboard). Out of all of them, I like the Q1 best (has Gateron Oil King switches). If you want to mod your Q6 Max in the future, the Oil Kings are the best switch I have tried so far. But the downside is, that you won't see your RGB lighting anymore. I really want to give the Q6 max a try because I kind of need that Numbpad. But I think I will bring my K70 to its final form before buying a new one.
r/keyboards • Best Full Size (Gaming) Keyboard 2025? ->They’re overpriced, poorly built and use the cheapest key caps possible. You will probably not notice any of this and love it, just like me until I got an actual nice board. At which point if you’re like me, you’ll be shocked at how much nicer this board is for the same price and have zero desire to ever do business with Corsair again.
r/keyboards • Thoughts on corsair keyboards? ->That one has game specific presets, right? I used a Corsair at the demo booth for Deep Rock Galactic, and throwing a flare caused a flare of white light from around that key. Looked so cool.
r/GirlGamers • What's the best gaming keyboard widely preferred by Gamers right now? ->They also had a massive keyboard display, where they had synced them up to display moving images across like, 16 of them. I bet there's somewhere to get presets.
r/GirlGamers • What's the best gaming keyboard widely preferred by Gamers right now? ->I've spent like a week trying to mod my Corsair k70. It just needs so much work that it's not worth it. Switches are soldered, there's no dampening, there's weird connections to daughter boards for media keys and the bottom row is nonstandard. I finally just gave up and overpaid for a keychron..
r/MechanicalKeyboards • Basically All "Gaming Keyboards" from Corsair, Asus, Logitech, Razer These days ->Razer Cobra (wired), Zowie G-SR-SE, Corsair K70 Cobra is the Viper Mini just with a new name and I genuinely believe it is the greatest mouse of all time.
r/CompetitiveApex • What mouse, and keyboard are you using? ->Thanks, I'm in the same boat, ended up grabbing a Corsair k70 and it's just so loud that I'm going to end up returning it.
r/buildapc • Best keyboard for under $120? ->Inhave the k70 prontkl and it's solid. I settled for the g50x plus for a mouse but have thoughts about finding a corsair equivalent for icue May try the nightsabre but idk
r/Corsair • Best Corsair Gaming Keyboard and Mouse? ->You should ask here as well: /r/MechanicalKeyboards/ I would probably go a more standard size keyboard and not a 60%/65%. Something like the Corsair K70 is nice, pretty solid keyboard, 100% and relatively inexpensive. Cleaning it is a bit easier as it's an open design. I personally use a KeyChron that's like full metal, and they have a wide range of sizes 60/65/100 etc. A bit more expensive. You just have to keep using it and playing games. Just like when you first used a controller..and you can still use a controller on your PC as well for certain games.
r/buildapc • Need help choosing a keyboard (new pc player) ->That's a bit of an exaggeration, I'd still recommend the vast majority of people at least ensure they've got a proper quality mechanical keyboard. I've gotten rid of a keyboard or two, not just because of the gaming performance, but because my regular typing was too fast for it. It was very annoying getting constant spelling errors due to latency or key conflict or whatever the reason was. $100 is probably the sweet spot for a good keyboard. I use a Corsair K70 I got off marketplace for $70 and it's been perfect.
r/buildapc • What's the better keyboard for gaming? ->For me, I like mechanical, 100% keyboard layout, media keys, low-profile, RGB. Corsair used to make K60 and K70 that fit the bill, but now only the K100 Air exists which meet those specs.
r/keyboards • Thoughts on corsair keyboards? ->Corsair K70. No complaints.
r/GirlGamers • What's the best gaming keyboard widely preferred by Gamers right now? ->Likewise, I know it's a logitech subreddit, but I highly recommend the Corsair K70. I think I got mine on sale for $100 at the beginning of the year. Brought it home, hopped online with my buddies, and it turns out 3 of them have the same keyboard and all swear by it, too.
r/LogitechG • Best 100% gaming keyboard under 150 usd ? ->
