I had a Corsair K70 (actually I bought 3 of them because I thought it was great!) But it's difficult these days to buy a keyboard that horrible. So basically for around $80-$100 you should be able to find something great. If your keyboard is plugged in all the time and you don't need wireless, the old Keychron Q series are on sale from Keychron. I just got a q65 for 120 euros or so. Those keychrons are really nice - heavy, solid aluminium, and you can change the switches (which you can't on the Corsair K70) Even less expensive are things like Yunzii on Amazon. I've never tried a Yunzii keyboard but they have generally good reviews. I nearly got one for my daughter but she got my old Keychron Q1 instead. Usually the worst or best thing on a keyboard is the switches; whatever you choose make sure they're hot swappable so you can try other ones. At the moment I am wild about the Akko Green Fog switches which are heavy and each key press feels like hitting a bass drum. Super chonky! Edit - OOPS, I had the Corsair Vengeance K65 so whatever I said about the K70 you can disregard! It has a relatively big impact on. Today I made some adjustments on mine. I have a Razer Humtsman Pro V3 TenKeyless. Like the wooting, you can customize just how far a key must be depressed for the key (whatever action it is bound to in game to function. I believe that 2.0 mm is the norm/default (that is fully depressed so the input will not be activated unless the key is fully pushed down completely. Well I set my actuation distance for both A and D (strafe left and right ) to just 0.04 mm, meaning I only need to push the key down almost a quarter of the way to a complete press. That makes it easier for me to counter strafe more effectively and with less delay. Is a pretty expensive keyboard but I am satisfied. If you are looking to get a good mechanical gaming keyboard I have a Corsair K65 Compact Cherry Red MX switches that I would give you for a ln insane deal if interested. It was the keyboard I used before the Huntsman. It’s an outstanding keyboard in flawless condition, has original documents/spare keys/key removal tool… and also is RGB fully customizable. In order of impact I’d say a mouse is first, and depending on a few things either monitor or keyboard can be next. I’ve put together my optimal gear combo finally after trying many different things. Razer Deathadder v3 (wired on mouse bungee dpi 400 and in game sensitivity 2.0 Keyboard is Razer Huntsman Pro v3 TKY Monitor is ASUS ROG Swift 360Hz 27” 1440P HDR Gaming Monitor (PG27AQN) - QHD (2560 x 1440), Fast IPS, 1ms, G-SYNC

I am using the Corsair K65 plus a Razer Atheris. I like the form factor of the K65 and two side utility buttons on the Atheris are all I need.

I tried it, but every single one I bought had a ticking spacebar. If you don't know what that is, then I would avoid googling it.

I'm also on a full corsair ecosystem except for monitor. Couldn't find a good price on an OLED so had to go elsewhere. Of all the mice I tested I prefer the nightsword. I have somewhat big hands and prefer a comfortable palm grip. The dark core is a good wireless alternative but I do prefer the softer textured grip of the nightsword over the more plasticky dark core. I have a newer k65 and an older full-size keyboard of theirs, unfortunately don't highly recommend either. The k65 is great with the brown switches I just don't like the 65% layout. I plan to get a k100 air some day.

I picked up a Corsair TKL as my gaming keyboard, fell in love with the action. For work, I went cheap with this: Coming up on a year of daily use, no complaints.
