One 3 TKL

Look at Keychron. They have a wide variety. There are many other companies that only deal in keyboards. It's best to go with one of them as they'll have better and more customisable offerings. I myself use a Ducky One Three Matcha TKL. Decide on the size you want, the switch type and make sure it's hot swappable. Switches come in a huge variety of specs but the 3 main ones are brown, blue and red. Tactile, clicky and linear. Brown has a bump near the bottom of the press, blue will click when it actuates and red has a consistent feel all the way down. Red and brown will suit your needs and they also come in silent varieties. Silent switches are not always offered on pre built keyboards so you may need to buy the switches separately and replace them yourself.

A "gaming keyboard" is usually just a marketing buzzword over a regular mechanical keyboard to sell them for more than they're worth. I customized a ducky pro 3 tkl and it's leagues better than the "gaming" keyboard I bought in high-school for $30 more. r/mechanicalkeyboards is a great place to start, but know that custom keyboard building can be an expensive and slippery slope. If you just want something with rgb, there are plenty of good options around $50.

I’ve got a Ducky One 3 with Cherry MX Ergo Clear switches for everything but the space bar (which has a Silent Red instead). Keyboards are pretty personal and dependent on what you want (for example mine is tactile and mechanical). I recommend researching that and figuring out what you want rather than taking blind reccs. As for a mouse, I use a Naga Trinity but any MMO mouse or good mouse with customizable DPI will serve you well
