Just bought the epomaker th108 with sea salt silent, my wife says she doesn't hear anything at all. I like it but the screen is likely broken since only the right side is bright

I just went through this myself. Epomaker QK108 F108 TH108 all seem to be great choices at a decent price. I just picked up a QK108 with Sea Salt silent switches. Plastic. Keycron Q6 Ultra/Max/HE all seem to be great choices if you want a metal frame. My goal was full size and silent, with a big plus for a volume knob. The QK108 stood out to me for features and cost. I may pick up a Q6 HE in the future if I want a TMR/HE keyboard.

For a truly quiet keyboard, get silent switches. Akko Fairy switches are the quietest I've tried. Epomaker Roseveil switches are the most non-mushy silent switch I've tried, but it's not as quiet as the Fairy switches. If you want a ready-made silent mechanical keyboard, get the Epomaker TH108. If you want a higher quality aluminum mechanical keyboard, get a Monsgeek M5 or a QwertyKeys QK101 and then buy keycaps and silent switches separately.

Epomaker RT100 with silent switches. Completely silent. Bought specifically because of my wife when we had a smaller place. Quite cheap as well. If you are in Germany, can also sell mine over whatever platform as it is currently unused.

MageGee is a budget brand on Amazon. I just saw a cute pastel-y 104 for $20. I have one from them, one from epomaker, and another from redragon. All affordable brands. I've never tried anything over like $60 so I don't have anything else to compare to but they've all been good to me. Only issue is with redragon's logo being a lil... Out of place for the rest of my stuff. That's the one I use at work though so idc too much I use 75% at home but bought a 100% for work because I didn't like the membrane keyboard they provided.
