I have an Epomaker Tide65 that I bought for cheap as a testbed, and from Amazon. For that purpose (and with that no-questions-asked return window) I like it quite a bit, but given the amount of time it asked of me to be what I wanted, I'm very glad I didn't *also* give Epomaker much money. I'm also at a place where if if the PCB simply stopped working, I could fab my own plates and handwire a matrix to still have a usable purple chunk of aluminum. At the price point I'm seeing, an Aula self-branded or XVX/Womier might be a better choice for OP, but this may be a time when saving up a little might be worthwhile. In any event, OP should stay away from relying on Epomaker for any support whatsoever, and maybe consider disconnecting the battery if they do get one.
