Yeah, Irok MG75PRO/MAX is a good option, but has kinda loud clacky sound signature, which isn't for everyone.
Between the two I’d get the wooting which is a Hall effect keyboard. But there’s a lot of better quality Hall effect keyboards you can get for the price if not cheaper. They’re definitely available in Canada they have a few on Amazon.
Yea I’d definitely get a Hall effect keyboard I use one for cs2 and it gives an advantage when it comes to movement. Everglide su75 pro, Irok mg75 pro/max, chilkey slice 75, monsgeek m1 v5 tmr, mchose jet 75, IPI Aurora 75, ATK Hex 80, Iquinix ez80, and Akko Tac75 HE. These are all good tmr (which is similar to Hall effect but newer tech and some people consider it better) or hall effect keyboards at different prices. You can find videos on youtube about each and do your own research from there, I suggest migss on youtube he does some pretty in depth reviews on keyboards. I’m not 100 percent sure if they all ship to Canada but I would imagine most do. Also stay away from big brands like Razer, Corsair, Logitech etc. They aren’t necessarily bad but the build quality isn’t too good for what you pay for them.
A couple are out of your price range I think but I’d go with the chilkey slice75 he over all or the monsgeek m1 v5 tmr. If you want to spend less for for what will be similar quality I’d go with the everglide su75 pro or irok mg75 pro/max. You can do research on each one’s software which is basically gonna be the main difference. Just lmk if you have anymore questions.
There are two routes I can recommend. Pag medyo competitive ka then I would recommend that you go with Hall Effect Keyboards (they use magnets to register key presses and pwede mong i-customize yung sensitivity ng key presses mo like kung gaano mo kadiin i-prepress yung switch before it activates). Then there are also other features like SOCD/Snap Tap - basically kung iprepress mo ng sabay yung 2 na keys eh mag-reregister lang yung last pressed making strafing sa CS easier (pero nasa user talaga yan eh) For my recommended Hall Effect Keyboards Irok MG68 and Irok MG75, they have an aluminum case which means they're chonky and metal just feels so good for me. They're priced around like 2-3K, depende rin kasi sa layout na gusto mo. They're hot swappable rin meaning you can change the switch if meron mang di gumana or something. Meron ring Aula Hero 68 at 75 rin pero they're plastic and mas trip ko Web Driver ni Irok kaysa sa Aula For the next route kung medyo casual ka and you type a lot, I would go sa Mechanical Keyboards. Maraming magaganda like in 1.5-2k range and kung mahilig ka magkalikot eh baka magustohan mo mag-mod and mag-try ng different type ng switches. You can build a mech keeb to your preference, marami pa akong yap pero wag na.
I wouldn't recommend keychron/lemokey HE due to their flipped polarity ks37 switch family and lackluster HE implementation resulting in, among other things, substantially worse performance compared to other boards using either inhouse PCB development or good OEMs like xingshan/sparklink. Maybe look at melgeek real67, chilkey slice75, irok mg68plus/mg75max, custom venom pcb or k64h3mz builds?
most of the options mentioned using this thread are using older pcb OEMs, i would recommend the irok mg68plus and mg75max. which use sparklink/xingshan, the same solution found in higher end options like melgeek and nuphy air if you can afford $90, the melgeek real67 is going to be more reliable with more consistent support and development, and is also gasket mounted for better acoustics and feel (feel is marginal tho because its a stiff assembly)
dont know any cheap xingshan tkls but 75% has the fn row, mg75max
mg75 series is the only cheap 75% HE i can recommend due to pcb oem situation
try use the sparklinkplayjoy driver on your irok if it uses a sparklink pcb (mg68plus, mg75 series, mer68 series)
if you want hall effect (like these boards, optimising performance) then get an everglide su75 pro or irok mg75 pro/max. These are super overpriced and low quality. The stuff ArgentStonecutter sent is good for mechanical but they're not optimising performance the same way the everglide and irok do, using hall effect switches.
yes both of the ones they provided are not good either, but that doesn't mean every granular input keyboard is bad. Fwiw a majority of the options i'd recommend as best value including reliability aren't sold on amazon, such as geonworks' venom PCBs
if you want magnetic (which is advised for comp gaming) check out irok mg75 series (ideally pro/max) or everglide su75 pro, can use the sparklinkplayjoy.com / xsyd.top web driver on them if you prefer that over first party
both are unreliable. If you want a cheap HE board like the x68, get an irok mer68/pro/max or mars75/pro, or ideally an everglide ae68 pro metal. Next price tier up is irok mg68plus, mg75 pro/max, everglide su75 pro.

if you do go for HE, then you should get something with a sparklink PCB like everglide su75 pro, irok mg75 pro/max, chilkey slice75, morkblade bold tkl. HE only benefits competitive games where you need very responsive inputs. If you decide to go mechanical, what's your budget, country, what form factors are you okay with, and can you build it? And what preferences do you have around switch type, volume, pitch etc
i would do a custom venom60/65/87/88he pcb with ndiy freya, mathew he, or haimu dove silent switches. Aiglatson vella is good for the 60% and is sold in a kit with it, machina overture65, swk eave65, and bakeneko65 work with venom65, and h87/88 cases will work with the TKLs, a standout pick being the geonworks frog tkl leggera Wooting's pcbs and software are good but the case and switch quality is really lacking and they're quite overpriced. Keychron is also overpriced and their stock switches aren't great, but the open source firmware is nice Nuphy's stuff is a mixed bag, some of their boards use sparklink pcbs, which are good but you can get the same stuff for cheaper with brands like everglide (su75 pro) or irok (mg75 pro/max). The other nuphy stuff uses other older pcb oems which have reliability issues Steelseries software is pretty atrocious and their build quality is really lacking Gravastar is really investing in form over function, wouldn't recommend unless youre fine to prioritise aesthetics over actually functional acoustic design etc ducky and razer are both overpriced companies that get away with predatory pricing and low quality products because of marketing and distribution plus brand loyalty from times when the market was less developed and lemokey's just keychron If you need a prebuilt I'd check out everglide ae68 pro metal or su75 pro, irok mg68 plus or mg75 pro/max, chilkey slice68/75, morkblade bold tkl or mk60 (you want the aula one, it's not actually an aula product it just has better switches and is sold under their name) geonworks venom pcbs are super good options due to performance, consistent firmware development, pricing, a good configurator, and importantly (something that wooting is lacking) good case compatibility with oring mounting points for 60%, a 65 that's compatible with existing good mounted 65s like glare65 and bakeneko65, and TKLs that conform to hiney h87c/nu and h88 standards
