If by top you mean top selling cheapest boards on amazon. Most boards above $100 are going to offer a hotswap option. It just depends if OP wants Optical or HE or Mechanical. Just off the top of my head I can name a few mechanicals because that's what I personally use, neo60 qk60 freebird60 parallel60 nice!60 holy60 etc. And there's the womier60he if they want HE, but I know nothing about that board so it could be trash.
It died and you can't replace the parts? Or just didn't think it was worth it and chose to get a brand new board? Buying a little more expensive board allows you to fix things when they go wrong because they are meant to be disassembled. The NEO60 is about $160USD with all the expensive options. It's double the price of the Cougar Puri Mini RGB but it is serviceable. It's also not assembled and you need to learn how to put it together. A lot of boards are designed abroad and manufactured in Asia. The intellectual property laws there are different and many of those plants will make the same exact product with their own branding or software. Keeps prices lower for consumers, but it also has the added downside of low quality counterfeit items. example: I like the KBDfans Holy60 but the kit is $120USD plus $40USD shipping. So I thought I would build pieces from Asian white label suppliers instead. Turns out the mounting holes are correct but the location of the USB port is different by about 1-2mm. So now I had to get a different PCB and hope it fits.
