All the info I need haha. Something like the lemokey L4 could be a great lower cost option but still high quality. That also comes as bare bones or complete with a couple of different color options so if you’d like to pick your own key caps or switches, you can. Do you have a specific keyboard size that you’re looking for?

Check out this [Lemokey L4](https://www.lemokey.com/products/lemokey-l4-qmk-wireless-custom-gaming-keyboard), it’s got everything you want and I think it’s a pretty good board. The biggest downside is the price, with it being over $200, but it has everything you want in it. It comes wired, Bluetooth, and 2.4ghz wireless (dongle) and it gets 1000hz polling rate in every mode iirc, it’s TKL with the space in the arrow keys and it’s fully customizable. It’s a very interesting hybrid between a stereotypical “gamer” keyboard and a premium enthusiast board. You can also look at the Keychron K8 Pro (which I will be using for my custom build when I get money together for it) which is cheaper but lacks the 2.4Ghz and only gets 90hz in Bluetooth (but 1000hz wired).

r/keyboardsIs the Keychron Q1 HE worth it ?

Innit?? To answer your actual question the Q series are quite nice. One thing I'd say, though, is check out lemokey. It's keychrons "gaming" line of boards. Very similar quality but a fair bit cheaper. Imo lemokey is better if you're mostly gaming. The Q series is nicer if you're mostly using it to actually type as it has a better gasket mount/is less stiff.

Mainly look for QMK/VIA support, that will save you software headaches. QMK/VIA is open source and works on Linux natively, you don't even have to download an app. You can configure everything about your keyboard through a website, its awesome I recently bought a Lemokey (Keychron subbrand) keyboard and fairly happy with it, Keychron has a massive selection of keyboards, and I think most of them are QMK/VIA compatible
