I have a Logitech g213,it performs bad,the switches sometimes not work and are next to 0 in terms of precision, maybe these kinds of keyboards are actually supposed to be bad,we can’t expect more from Logitech with a 55€ keyboard. So yea…I should now choose wisely my new keyboard.

I'm using the Logitech G213 Keyboard. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but EOD it gets the job done. Congrats on the G502. It's a lovely mouse. I use both the G213 and G502 myself, although I am a very sporadic gamer.

As to myself, I love the G213 first of all because it is relatively cheap. It's a Logitech product, so almost guaranteed to last and to work well. It has clicky, responsive keys without the outrageous expense of mechanical ones like Cherry MX or blue. It is fast and supports multi-key input. It has a number pad (I hate ten-keyless keyboards - why I don't know, but I do). It has built in media keys, and a game mode key that lets the keyboard ignore accidental presses of the WIN and CONTEXT keys. It has a firm wrist rest that makes typing a pleasure, and the keyboard angles don't strain the wrist like some other keyboards. The biggest plus point as far as my kids are concerned is that it RGB - and they don't give a good goddamn about any of the other stuff I mentioned above. And whatever makes them happy makes me happy (with certain caveats), so we have the best of all worlds going for us .😊

I've had my Logitech g213 prodigy since 2020 and it's still working like new. I think it should be under £50

You really can't go wrong with the Logitech G series. I have a [Logitech G213 Prodigy](https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/products/gaming-keyboards/g213-rgb-gaming-keyboard.920-008083.html) because I'm a hundred moths in a human skin suit and like the lights, and I really cannot go without the 10-key. It feels really nice, I like the way it sounds when I type (it's not super loud like a mechanical keyboard). It's a bit big but I have long feengees so it works out. And it pairs nicely with my Logitech G402 Hyperion mouse! :3

The g213 is massive lmao. I had it because it was free and I rejoiced when I finally got a new keyboard. And the new keyboard was cheaper (paid for by selling it used) and felt more responsive.

Nearly everyone's suggestions for a mechanical keyboard of some kind is going to be at least semi-loud. I'm not sure what kind of mic you're running or how sensitive it is to noise but you're already coming from a classic membrane keyboard (non-mechanical switches) which are by and far the quietest types of keyboards already. The mechanism naturally utilizes a soft membrane that dampens sound more often than not. Just find any wired keyboard with the word "membrane" somewhere in the description, from a reputable company, and you'll be golden. Plenty of people love Logitech and Razer, most of their membrane keyboards will cost significantly less than a mechanical keyboard suggested here will cost you. They almost always have media keys. "Fast" doesn't matter in the vast majority of keyboards, especially wired ones. I promise you won't notice that much of a difference between something with a high "polling rate" and any other keyboard. As an example, the ***Logitech G213*** would probably fit your needs just fine and will cost 1/4 of what most Keychron keyboards will go for. If you're dead set on buying a mechanical keyboard, look for one with "Tactile" switches. They tend to be quieter and more muted over "Linear" or "Clicky" switches. Be warned though, most truly full-sized mechanical keyboards can be kinda bad and very loud. The best full-sized mechanical keyboard I've used lately is the Aula F108 (the keys can be quite loud though if you're hitting keys often). Most others, like those made by Royal Kludge are not truly full-sized, they're either missing a handful of keys or they're smushed together on the right side in an odd way. If you see like "98%" or anything other than 104-108 keys in the keyboard descriptor, they've made it smaller in some way.
