The main problem with keyboards is the keys total travel distance. The Logi tech G pro first gen. (linear) is 3.0mm total travel and 1.5mm actuation, every other keyboard is 3.2 to 4.2 TOTAL TRAVEL DISTANCE (even the new HE magnetic keyboards) all the keyboard companies, the only thing they need to do (instead of making expensive af keyboards) is lower the total travel distance by half or a quarter (of what it currently is), and have actuations anywhere from 0.9, 1.0, 1.2, 1.3. 1.5 actuation points, with 2.0, 2.3, 2.5, 2.8, 3.0 being the total travel distance. IT SHOULD NOT be higher than 3.0 total travel................................ So, when you naturally bottom out on a keyboard, you don't need to travel up very far (like 4 mm is a deep travel distance, that should not even be a thing with gaming keyboards) So, mechanical can still be a thing if it was what I explained. Wouldn't need to make over priced keyboards.

Hands down, I'm considering going back to Logitech. I've owned 4+ keyboards from Logitech and not one ever broke on me. Logitech G PRO X TKL is the one considering. It's not hot swappable but it gives all the feature you would get from the black widow v4 75% + its also wireless. As of right now, I was forced to purchased another keyboard at my local retailer store (BestBuy -brought a Logitech) since Razer "RMA Process" requires you to send in the defective one first before they sending out a replacement (their standard process). This would be my second time dealing with their customer support in regards to the exactly same keyboard and depending how Razer handles this situation - I'll decide if i want to keep the keyboard or trash it afterward. But if you're open to other manufacturers, def look into Logitech or Keychron (If you want a customizable keyboard, also comes all kind of sizes/layout). and honestly, thinking about it now, the only feature I really liked from the v4 75% is the magnetic wrist pad (nice and wide). Hope this helps :)

G PRO X TKL is very awesome as well. It replaced my over 10 year old HHKB2PRO and I have nothing bad to say.

Hello there. I use the Wooting 80HE and honestly for the type of game that battlefield is you really won’t gain any advantage. Sure with rapid trigger on you’ll be able to strafe faster and you’ll 100% notice at least that for example but in a real match it won’t give ya any advantage. I’d just pass on it unless your deadset on getting one 👍. Edit: If it helps at all I used to use a Logitech g pro TKL. Between em both I’d probably keep using my Logitech unless I got into more twitch like shooters.

I got G Pro X TKL (because rapid is only wired) and I'm not super happy about it. I've got it for a few months and it works well, but the main problem i have with it is the fact that keycontrol isn't enabled on it (for whatever reason since all the newer keyboards have it lol) and it doesn't work with PS5 which is tremendously stupid.

i own both keychrons and razers. Also logitech gpro x and g915 TKL. Matter of the fact: software in keychrons has no issues and build quality is objectively better, specially in Q series of keychrons. If you want to get a keyboard and want something reliable, ready to go, well built and easily programmable, just get a keychron. Wooting/Logitech/Steelseries/Corsair/GenericComercialOrGamerBrand is just like razer level, not best in class Razer gets closer altough not there yet to best in class features in the last blackwidow v4 75% (asus also does great with Azoth boards) but the board has really low reliabilty, so not best in class at all. check out r/MechanicalKeyboards for advice, they will guide you to get something real good and it can easily be cheaper or cost the same as razer boards.

I just got mine today and i didnt think keyboards could get any better. Let alone improve my movement. Worth the $160 for sure! I have my actuation set to 0.1 and my rapid fire set to 0.5

The Logitech G203 is a great entry-level gaming mouse with solid performance and is about £23 at Argos. I used one for years before upgrading but still keep it as a backup. For keyboard you can get the Logitech G Pro TKL for £80 at Argos so you could get both for £103 and have a pretty good time IMO. Just make sure your console supports them if that’s where you’re using them.

not sure what kind of customization you want. But if its just general office use and you dont need a lot of buttons. Id say go with logitech. Their TKL keyboard is hotswappable and the g502 is good enough. Same for headphones. Nothing fancy but all works great. If you want a bit of trouble but a bit more customization but still want a single app. Steelseries is the next one for me. Nova pro wireless headphones is great, aerox 5 got buttons for days and their wireless TKL is ight. Only thing is they are all a bit overpriced like razer. Both logitech and steelseries app are buggy and needed if you run macros and audio setups. Both can crash on you in the heat of the moment in games. But with logitech you can mostly do it all once and close the app in the background and forget. GG finds a dirty spot on your face and turns into a mole. The customization in the GG app makes it appealing to some people, but annoying to some. Both brand require different wireless dongles for each peripheral so get that usb hub ready. I used to be a logitech guy since I had a g29 wheel which also use the same app. I switched to steelseries for a while with the siberia 800s headset, then the arctis pro wireless. Both amazing headsets that only the astro a20 (bought by logitech now) can compete against. I now use a keychron q13 max and a razer naga pro v2 with a beyerdynamic 1990pro since this setup only require me to use razer app. And razer app, tho with its buggy software, once you successfully... ONCE YOU SUCCESSFULLY AND ONLY THEN, you can save everything ONLINE by signing up their account, and ONLY THEN, you can forget about the app ever existed. BTW, keychron uses web browser so its customization is EXTREMELY limited... but hea, everything is saved on-board. LIKE LOGITECH DID BEFORE!!!! then they got rid of it...
