"Very happy with my Black Widow V3 (wired, green switches) as it's the first "premium" mechanical keyboard I've ever owned that *didn't* croak a week after the warranty had run out."
"the first one lasted 4 years and one of those were during lockdown so i chalked it up heavy use."

"Razer was among the first to fix that and bring a proper product to market with the standard spacing."

"still miss the black switches tbh. Heavy and clacky"
"I do like its switches and feel while typing because I prefer things to feel a bit more tactile and "click-y"."

"they charge way too much money for their hot-swappable versions, which is the only way to go without feeling like you wasted money. ... it just feels like you wasted your money regardless of the option you pick."

"my razer black widow that broke only a year and a half. ... The A key became unresponsive. ... It was actually the second one i got that had the same issue, but the first one lasted 4 years and one of those were during lockdown so i chalked it up heavy use. The second one broke within the two year warranty ... Razer sucks dont buy their stuff. ... I've had nothing but trouble with razer products, even straight out the box I've had issues a couple of times."
"I’ve had a keyboard for less than 2 years and I am not getting keying inputs. ... Sucks for gaming and regular typing."

"I get a lot of pinky fatigue using them and it turns out that it’s due to their long travel and higher actuation force needed. ... I do have a gaming PC, but I spend most of my time typing (working and studying from home), so I’m using most keys from 7-7pm. Perhaps the use-case also has something to do with the fatigue? ... I do like the Razer TKL, but I wish I could also get it with a similar profile instead of orange switches."

"the handrest could be nicer (no magnets or any other way to attach it to the main unit, plus it's not padded)"
You can get the blackwidow v3 tkl and just replace the keycaps with pbt ones or you can buy like an epomaker, keychron, or red dragon keyboard. I also reccomend the K617 fizz.
r/razer • Best budget keyboard and mouse for fps gaming ->I‘ve been using the Blackwidow V3 TKL for a few years now and it‘s great but I‘m really over the clickety sound and am looking for the most quiet option now. Due to synapse etc. I think getting another Razer to integrate into the setup works best. With how the website is setup and since it‘s been a while since I bought a keyboard I have zero overview what is the latest and greatest when it comes to silent switches and wired keyboards. TLDR; Looking for TKL, wired, most silent Razer keyboard out there (if it has extra nobs etc. for volume that‘s fine I don‘t really mind) Could you guys help me out here?
r/razer • Keyboard recommendation - the most quiet out there ->You can go for any Mk keyboards but it could be a Lil pricey like 5k, or you can buy Razer blackwidow v3 tenkeyless which I've been using for over a year right now and formouse go with Logitech g304 and the keyboard you've posted is just a membrane keyboard...
r/IndianGaming • How's this keyboard? Any full keyboard and mouse recommendations? ->Very happy with my Black Widow V3 (wired, green switches) as it's the first "premium" mechanical keyboard I've ever owned that \*didn't\* croak a week after the warranty had run out. Other than that, I do like its switches and feel while typing because I prefer things to feel a bit more tactile and "click-y". I don't really need wireless and while the handrest could be nicer (no magnets or any other way to attach it to the main unit, plus it's not padded) at least it came with a handrest. Going to assume that the V4 is at least as good, though I will say that I only bought this keyboard because I got it for pretty cheap during a sale. Considering my experiences with other "gaming" keyboards from other manufacturers (including HyperX and Corsair) and their unwillingness to help with a product whose warranty had (just) expired, I don't think I'd ever pay full price again for any of them.
r/razer • What is the best razer keyboard? ->Don’t consider buying any Razer products especially the BlackWidow V3 keyboard and the Leviathan V2X Soundbar. Poor quality. I’ve had a keyboard for less than 2 years and I am not getting keying inputs. Sucks for gaming and regular typing. The soundbar quality isn’t good. I have a small UE roll speaker that knocks out more sound boom than this expensive sound bar.

r/razer • Best razer Keyboard? ->I'm quite happy with my Razer Blackwidow V3. Got me through college
r/buildapc • Best mechanical keyboard with numpad for work and gaming? ->I have owned a razer blackwidow v3 and now own the blackwidow v4 pro. The only issue i have had is with the blackwidow v3, the rotating function in top right of the keyboard stopped functioning as it should. With the blackwidow v4 pro, i have had no issues and i love it to bits hahah. Best keyboard ever
r/razer • Are razer keyboards bad or it’s just internet thing? ->I have a black widow v3 with green switches. Only purchased with greens because I got it on a wild sale. It's a fantastic keyboard. It's not wireless. Is there a reason you need a wireless keyboard? Are you far away from your PC?
r/razer • What's the best wireless keyboard that Razer makes? ->**Keyboard recommendation?** I've had a razer Blackwidow v3 for about 5 years now which is starting to crap out on me, and I'd like some recommendations for a new keyboard to get. Haven't got a clue how to find what's considered "good" for a keyboard nowadays, but see a lot of people online saying to avoid the big "gamer" brands, hence needing some advice on what to switch to. I'd like to preferably keep it around £100, but if there's something that's really worth a little extra then I'm flexible. The loud clickiness of this keyboard has become more annoying the longer I've owned it, so preferably one of those smoother thunk sounding ones would be great lol. I like full size keyboards as I use the numpad as hotkeys for stuff, so would like a fullsize. I'm not particularly interested in the whole building from scratch aspect so I'd rather something that's ready out the box. I play some competitive games but not seriously, and mostly just game normally, so I don't need any crazy high spec competitive keyboard, I care more about something that feels nice to use. Other than that I don't really have any other specifications I massively want, just want something good for a good price.
