I'm using the Razer Blackwidow V4 mechanical keyboard and it's great. It does have a number pad but is also loaded with great features that you'll want for gaming. It's a little pricy but well worth it
r/PcBuild • Help choosing a good gaming keyboard ->I have the Razer BlackWidow V4 and love it. Has 6 Macro keys and everything you would need in a good gaming keyboard
r/gamingsetups • Any good suggestions for a clicky keyboard for gaming? ->I just bought this thing fresh out of the box the "I" and "J" keys straight up only work every 7 times theyre pressed
r/razer • Really want to buy Razer BlackWidow V4 but seen bad reviews ->New batches are fixed, so no more double clicking.
r/razer • Really want to buy Razer BlackWidow V4 but seen bad reviews ->I’d recommend the Razer Blackwidow V4
r/razer • What is razers best keyboard right now? ->The pro was absolute garbage double typing all the time. Got the regular one with the louder clicking and it’s great
r/razer • Really want to buy Razer BlackWidow V4 but seen bad reviews ->Feature rich, Corsair K100, Razer Blackwidow v4,or Logitech G915 X. Purely for their additional software compatibility and stuff, with the K100 being imo the best because of direct integration with stream deck. The K55 is very feature rich, but it’s the cheap version. Hard to find anything with more than that, not sure if it’s possible to find more than the K100 unless they had an HE or adjustable switch and/or hot swappable version of it. If all you care about is macros you can do that with just about any keyboard. I personally really like media keys for skipping songs and pausing, but you can just bind that to a key. Curious what your budget is. If you want a lot of keys in general with a significant budget, then a Keychron Q6 Max and a Q0 Max could be good for you. Fully VIA/QMK compatible and has their own software available as well. Could also get the HE version of the Q6 if you want HE. You could also get one of those giant ass keyboards with extra rows on the left. Might want to go look at r/mechanicalkeyboards for reference and just avoid all the 40%- 75% posts lol. I’m drawing a blank on their names right now. 1 of the older and expensive IBM models is called a battleship, has a crap ton of extra keys. There are some modern versions similar out there. There is one battleship on eBay for like $230 lol.
r/keyboards • What’s the most feature rich premium gaming keyboard you know of? ->I have this keyboard and love it I've had no issue whatsoever not even a single double click
r/razer • Really want to buy Razer BlackWidow V4 but seen bad reviews ->I had a black widow key board in the past but ended up getting wet. Which is the end black widow keyboard ? More of a fan of the 100% keyboards
r/razer • Best black widow keyboard ? Or razer keyboard in general ->That’s what had happened with my keyboard it would ghost type but I had dropped water on it prior , what other brands are you looking into or you’re sticking with your black widow v4
r/razer • Best black widow keyboard ? Or razer keyboard in general ->I will more than likely be trying a Logitech . Fell in love with the black widow I had but I will try a different brand 🙏
r/razer • Best black widow keyboard ? Or razer keyboard in general ->I keep buying razer black widow orange and yellows because I'm dumb
r/buildapc • What are you go to Keyboards? ->I literally just bought a new one after 10 years. I watched a ton of YouTube videos, rated a bunch at a Microcenter, and settled on the Keychron Q1 Max. Whereas I prefer a full keyboard I was sold on the idea of more desk/wrist space for my mouse. If you need a full sized one the Q6 Max was the other model I looked at. My previous model was a Razor Chroma Black Widow that was very clicky. The board is very heavy and solidly made. To my untrained self, the keys feel nice to press. It has wired, blue tooth and Wi-Fi; the latter of which I plan to use when switching to my work computer. LED lighting is nice but flawed. The colors are pretty but it doesn't light the whole key which means if you buy see through letter keys, the light won't shine through the lettering. The key shapes I'm not used and I can only describe it as feeling a bit tall and too close together. I'm not used to no number pad and the delete key being in a completely new location but I'm giving it a chance. I spent over an hour typing a short story last night, and it went pretty quick. I had more typos than usual but that's due to getting used to a new keyboard.
