Longevity? I have had a couple of huntsman elites since release and cannot think of any problems encountered. The deathstalker v2 pro has also been great.

I enjoy my deathstalker v2 pro. I’ve always enjoyed razers linear key line with any keyboard they’ve made.

I personally love my g815. I tried to upgrade to the deathstalker v2 pro and I hate it. Ill be resting my fingers on the key and it'll just start spamming it away. Tried to replace the switches but they got lost in the mail and now they are OOS. I did have a double clicking issue with one key after a few years but I swapped it with another one (not easy if you don't know what you are doing)

Yeah, this is the answer. And I like Razer- all my other peripherals are from them, but they need to work on their keyboards. Although I did like the Deathstalker V2's typing feel, I got it in white and found the lighting to be so subpar that I couldn't make out the keys on some settings.

They do also still have the DeathStalker line-up that’s super low profile.

r/razer • Is there any new keyboards like the old razer deathstalker? I would love flat keycaps ->

Ouch. One of the main sells for the V2 was how there was no way for any hairs or dust or food crumbs to get under the keys and be annoying to clean out. Was considering upgrading to a DSV4 but I might stick to my V2 now. I'm also not sure if the stealth caps would fit the V4

ha, i still have this one laying around on the attic. That keyboard had me gaming like a real pro in a game where i had to spam two buttons next to eachother. I could slide over them which made me superior. Good memories.

Not really. That's why I still have my og death stalker. It's one of my favorite keyboards. Still holds up incredibly well.

I used to use the SteelSeries Apex350. Absolutely LOVED IT. Used it for 10 years. It broke two years ago and I switched to a Logitech keyboard. It was fine but didn't feel like my Steel Series. Went to BestBuy while my partner was looking at stuff and found a Razer Death Stalker and fell in love. Have been VERY happy with my purchase since! A few things I like in a keyboard are -100% keyboards. I want every key. -Flat key layout. It's just more comfy. -Linear. I hate clicky keys. Tactile is fine, but not great. The most odd thing is that my Apex was HUGE. Big keys. My Death Stalker is really small comparatively. If my exact Apex 350 was still being produced I would 100% go back. But I am happy with the Death Stalker.
