I would definitely go with the Huntsman Mini. I've been using one for over three years, and it's excellent for cramped desk spaces like ours. I also used to use a 100% membrane keyboard, and the Huntsman Mini is a huge leap in terms of size, feel, sound, and gaming performance.

Absolutely it is. I've been using one for nearly three years, and my friend recently bought one himself. It's an excellent gaming keyboard with PBT keycaps, super smooth and fast optical switches, and a small footprint to save desk space. You're probably not going to find significantly more features in a similarly priced keyboard, especially given the price the Huntsman Mini is going for these days.

No, the only switches that you can swap yours out for are other Razer Optical Switches. It’s not a mechanical keyboard, let alone a hot-swappable mechanical keyboard, so you cannot install brown switches (which are arguably a downgrade from any Razer Optical Switch).

You need the razor huntsman mini because even though there better keyboards since your thing about keyboards for games like valorant and cs you need razor for snap-tap so you can counter strafe insanely fast and its in your price range 80-120 if you want better maybe the wooting 60 he again(if you dont want stuff like that its fine but it will help)

I just recently purchased one but want to get brown switches for it, can I just swap out the razer purples and put browns in or would that just be a downgrade, or do I have to purchase razer switches for it?

Huntsman mini was my first “decent” keyboard and it honestly lasted me a long time without any issues before I upgraded. I will say through, missing the arrow keys and function keys were a lot more annoying than I anticipated. I eventually went to a TKL and now I’m on a 75%. Between the ones u listed, prob the mini or the analog full size. I understand razer gets a lot of hate, more times than not, understandably so but as someone who’s had no issues with any of their products(stereo, mousepads, mice, keyboard, etc) besides there being better options out there, the only thing I’d recc is their mice and keyboarbs. Are they the best? No. Are they still decent if you find them at the right price? Absolutely. Lotta people saying wooting make amazing keyboards to which I agree but you also gotta consider that their 60HE starts at $251 CAD and 80HE starts at even more than that where’s you can get a huntsman v2 TKL with red switches from bestbuy for like $100 when it’s on sale every other week. If you’re willing to branch out tho, you can usually make a half decent custom keyboard for a little bit more,

I have a Razer Huntsman Mini (60%) keyboard. I had limited desktop space and needles something smaller and it fit the bill. It works perfectly for me.

I've had mine for a few months now! I found it used( but looks and feels new) at a game store for $15! I love this thing! The lighting features are pretty sick. There's so much you can customize to really make it feel like your own. I've only ever had 10-15 keyboards and this feels great. The keys are pretty loud to be honest so if you or whoever your living with has sound issues, it may not be the best idea. it's very responsive as well. I play mostly competitive games and I've never had an issue with the keyboard. My boyfriend tried my keyboard and decided to buy the same one off fb marketplace. See if you can find any deals online (: I know Amazon's prices are way better than the razer website as well.

I use a Hunstman mini and a logitech g502, I’ve consistently used that mouse for years now, I cycle keyboards a bit more often but I’ve had the mini a while now and have liked it

Razer huntsman is fine. It's overpriced for the features list, you are mostly paying for the brand name. But it's definitely not a bad keyboard by any stretch of the imagination. My main complaint is that for the same price you could probably get a better featured Keychron, Yunzii, or Monsgeek. Features you want to look for: Double Shot Keycaps - Lots of "gaming brands"[ including Razer](https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/p2qouf/huntsman_elite_keycaps_peeling/) laser etch their keycaps, which have a much lower life expectancy. QMK/Via compatibility - This will easily allow you to set up macros and layers without needing clunky proprietary software. Razer requires you to log in to a Razer account to use those features. Hot Swap Switches - I understand you may not want to build your keyboard from scratch, and that's 100% understandable. But when a key breaks if your keyboard is hot swap you can just replace that switch. No need to send it in for repair or take the whole thing apart to solder in a new switch. It's as simple as popping the switch off and plugging in a new one.

it's good for gaming (counterstrafing) however i don't think it's worth it overall. good quality but you can get better keyboards for way cheaper and at the end of the day the snap tap isn't life changing

I'm really happy with my razer huntsman but the 60% can be annoying of the lack of arrow keys.( Leaves lots of table space tho so idk)
