Razer - Ornata V3 Tenkeyless

I was in the same boat and settled on the Razer Ornata V3…. But it’s for my pc. Cmd missing always messes with me on Mac.

Buying a Razor Ornata V3 was the worst decision of my life. I can’t even press E while holding D+W, which makes it impossible to game. Plus synapse is also so bad. It doesn’t retain my profiles

I mean.. mouses are kinda a preference item.. personally I use a mouse with a ton of buttons.. if you want to get him one like that Best Buy has a good Corsair one on sale for $50.. there are other options too.. You should ask him what type of mouse he likes. You didn't say how much you want to spend.. I got my brother a Red Dragon set for Christmas like 5 years ago and he was still using it when I went to Thanksgiving at his house last month.. so I can say those are good if you're looking to keep the set around $50 total. If you want to spend more than that I would just look around and look at sales.. Keyboards are pretty straight forward.. make sure it's mechanical or membrane and has good reviews.. I am using a Razer Black Widow keyboard I bought on sale a few years ago and I definitely recommend it.. very nice keyboard. If you don't want to spend that much tho.. you can get the Ornata for way less and it's a nice keyboard as well.

I do have a gaming PC, but I spend most of my time typing (working and studying from home), so I’m using most keys from 7-7pm. Perhaps the use-case also has something to do with the fatigue? Either way, my low-profile mechanical has been a godsend, I do like the Razer TKL, but I wish I could also get it with a similar profile instead of orange switches.
